Abstract
Description
A waste coal processing device and method are provided.
In general, chemical weapons disposal is not only more difficult than simple toxic compound disposal, but also has several characteristics. First, each country has a variety of chemical agents, requiring different disposal methods. In addition, when the chemical agent is injected into the bullet, it is not easy to extract the chemical agent from the bullet, and it is not easy to find an appropriate extraction method because there are various types of chemical bullets. In addition, old chemical bombs or discarded chemical bombs are difficult to handle because there is a risk of agent leakage due to the corrosiveness of the chemical agent. In addition, since the chemical bomb storage facilities are installed apart from each other, it is necessary to operate or transport disposal facilities for each storage facility.
For example, in the United States, a method of first injecting a chemical agent into a body of a chemical bomb and then making a bullet is used, but in the former Soviet Union or North Korea, a method of making a body and then injecting poison gas into the body and then welding is used. Chemical bombs according to the American method can be dismantled by reversing the assembly order, but disassembly of welded chemical bombs according to the former Soviet Union or North Korean method can be difficult. In order to dismantle chemical bombs according to the former Soviet Union or North Korean method, the safest and easiest method is to dismantle them by injecting a neutralizer after cutting them in a closed chamber. Accordingly, it is required to develop a chamber design and manufacturing technology capable of serving as a safe reactor for chemical agents in chemical bombs for an integrated chemical bomb processing method in the future.

For example, the
In the
