- 화학식 II에 나타낸 바와 같은 화학식을 가진 항체-약물 접합체:
상기 식에서,
Ab는 항체, 항체 단편, 또는 단백질을 포함하는 항체 모이어티이고;
L은 한쪽 끝의 Ab를 다른 쪽 끝의 약물 모이어티(D)에 연결하는 링커이며;
D는 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 캄토테신 화합물 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 중에서 선택된 약물 모이어티이고, 여기서 D는 D 상의 하이드록실 기를 통해 L에 연결되며;
m은 1-20 범위의 정수이고;
상기 항체-약물 접합체는 표적 세포에 도달한 후에 약물 모이어티(D)를 방출함으로써 그의 약물 효과를 발휘하도록 구성된다. - 제7항에 있어서,
연결 단위 L이 -O-, -N(R)n1-, -CH2-, -CH(R)n1-, 아미드, 에스테르 결합, -S-, 및 -(PEG)n2-로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되며, 여기서 n1은 1-3 범위의 정수이고, n2는 1-20 범위의 정수인, 항체-약물 접합체. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
항체 모이어티가 암 또는 자가면역 질환의 표적 세포에 대해 결합 특이성을 가진, 항체-약물 접합체. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 항체-약물 접합체를 포함하는, 고형 종양 또는 혈액 종양을 치료하기 위한 약제학적 조성물로서, 상기 고형 종양 또는 혈액 종양은 폐암, 신장암, 요도암, 결장암, 직장암, 전립선암, 다형성 교종, 난소암, 췌장암, 유방암, 흑색종, 간암, 방광암, 위암, 또는 식도암을 포함하는, 약제학적 조성물.
