Claims (19)
- 탈세포화된 조직을 포함하는 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스이며, 재흡수가능하고, 매트릭스를 통한 유체 유동을 허용하는 복수의 상호연결된 세공을 갖는 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 대상체의 상처 부위와 접촉 또는 근접하여 이식될 때, 매트릭스가 적어도 부분적으로 분해되거나, 상처 부위에서 천연 조직으로 부분적으로 리모델링되거나 또는 둘 모두이고, 여기서 매트릭스의 어떠한 부분도 상처와 함께 배치된 후 상처 부위로부터 제거될 필요가 없는 것인 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 동결건조된 것인 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제3항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 원하는 형상을 갖고, 원하는 형상을 갖는 컨테이너 또는 몰드에서 동결건조된 것인 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대상체의 상처 부위와 근접 또는 접촉하여 이식될 때, 상처 부위로부터 및 매트릭스를 통한 유체 유동이 음압의 적용 여부에 관계없이 상처 부위에서 치유 동안 발생하는 것인 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈세포화된 조직이 진피, 태반, 지방, 근막 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 조직 유형으로부터 유래된 것인 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 내인성 유익한 성분을 추가로 포함하는 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스.
- 제1항의 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스 및 하나 이상의 추가적인 생체적합성 물질을 포함하는 생체적합성 조성물.
- 하기를 포함하는 상처 드레싱:
제1항의 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스를 포함하는 다공성 구성성분; 및
다공성 구성성분 및 상처 드레싱으로 치료될 상처 부위를 덮도록 크기화 및 형상화된 반투과성 장벽 구성성분. - 하기 단계를 포함하는, 재흡수가능하고 매트릭스를 통한 유체 유동을 허용하는 복수의 상호연결된 세공을 갖는 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스의 제조 방법:
(A) 조직의 샘플을 수득하는 단계;
(B) 임의로, 조직의 크기를 감소시키는 단계;
(C) 임의로, 조직을 탈지질화 또는 탈광물화하는 단계;
(D) 조직을 탈세포화하는 단계;
(E) 임의로, 조직을 소독하는 단계;
(F) 임의로, 용매를 조직과 조합하는 단계;
(G) 임의로, 조직을 컨테이너 또는 몰드에 배치하는 단계;
(H) 세공을 형성 또는 변형하는 단계;
(I) 임의로, 조직을 건조하는 단계;
(J) 임의로, 조직을 가교 또는 다른 안정화시키는 단계;
(K) 임의로, 가교된 조직을 건조하는 단계; 및
(L) 임의로, 가교된 조직을 소독하는 단계. - 제10항에 있어서, 조직을 소독하는 단계 (E)가 건조 단계 (I) 전에 또는 후에 또는 둘 모두에 조직을 멸균하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.

- 제15항에 있어서, 조직 유래 다공성 매트릭스의 일부가 이식 후 일정 기간 동안 재흡수되지 않았을 때, 후속 절차에서 상처 부위로부터 매트릭스의 재흡수되지 않은 부분의 적어도 일부를 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이식 후 기간이 적어도 약 7일인 방법.
