Abstract

본 발명은 자주 사용되는 캐리어의 바퀴가 접이식이 될 수 있도록 고안한 제품이다. 기존 캐리어 바퀴들은 나와있고 직접 끌고가는 중간에 문턱을 지나다 부셔지는 것이 불편함이되는 단점이 있다. 따라서 간단한 방법 즉, 유압식 실린더를 이용한 구조로 바퀴의 수명을 늘릴수있는 방법이 필요하다. 기존의 캐리어는 바퀴의 잔고장과 손잡이의 수명이 짧다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 이러한 단점을 극복한 단단한 구조와 편리성을 실현시킴으로 설계하였다.

접이식 바퀴 캐리어{folding wheel carrier}
본 발명은 캐리어의 바퀴종류와 유압 실린더를 이용해 안정성과 편리성을 갖춘 캐리어에 관한 것이다.
유압 실린더가 작동되는 원리들과 그것을 이용한 동작, 보편적인 캐리어의 구성과 모양, 손잡이의 그립감 등이 배경이 되는 기술이다.
유압 실린더로 연결하는 방법과 그에 맞는 크기 공간 등이 해결해야할 과제이다. 그 중에서 실런더의 배치와 배선을 어떤 부위에 할 것인지가 중요하다.

유압실린더의 자리를 배치하고 실린더가 들어가는 공간을 만들어준다. 그 후 손잡이에 버튼을 만들어주어 실린더의 후퇴가 실행되면 바퀴와 손잡이가 후퇴되는 것이다. 후에 이것을 해결하기위한 배선 연결이 과제의 해결 수단이다.
바퀴의 수명을 늘리고 힘을 들이지않고 손잡이를 꺼낼수 있다.

캐리어의 손잡이 연결 부위에 유압실린더를 연결하여 on/off 형식으로 하게 되고 이후 바퀴에 유압실린더가 연결되어 유압의 힘으로 바퀴가 밀리는 형식이다

Claims (3)

  1. 바퀴를 folding 했을 때 캐리어가 바닥의 이물질에 닿지 않게 공간을 만들 수 있는 거치대
  2. 제 1항에 있어서 거치대의 높이와 바퀴와의 공간 설정
  3. 유압실린더로 밀린 바퀴가 몇 kg까지 버티는지 설정해야함.
