줌치 한지와 옻을 이용한 원단 제조 방법 및 이 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 줌치 한지 원단{METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FABRIC USING JUMCHI HANJI AND SAP OF THE LACQUER TREE, AND FABRIC MADE BY THE SAME}Fabric manufacturing method using jumchi hanji and lacquer, and jumchi hanji fabric manufactured by the manufacturing method

The present invention relates to Zumchi Hanji fabric, and more particularly, it can be used as a fabric for various products such as bags, shoes, and vehicle interior materials by maximizing the characteristics of Zumchi Korean paper to maintain the leather feel for a long time and adding moisture-proof and antibacterial functions. It relates to a method for manufacturing a fabric using jumchi Korean paper and lacquer, and to a jumchi Korean paper fabric manufactured by the manufacturing method.

Conventionally, animal leather or artificial leather has been used a lot as a material for bags, wallets, interior goods, chair seats, vehicle interior materials, mats, and the like, and in particular, leathers of rare animals, fish, birds, etc. have been used a lot. Therefore, there is a problem in that there is a phenomenon of destruction of the ecosystem in which animals, particularly rare animals, rare fish, rare diatoms, etc. become extinct, and the price of products soars to high prices.

As a way to solve this problem, there is a technique using the jumchi hanji.

In general, Korean paper uses long and tough mulberry fibers, so the paper quality is soft and strong and does not tear easily, has the unique soft color and luster of mulberry fibers, and has good air permeability and excellent temperature and humidity control ability due to the characteristics of long fibers and hollow fibers. As paper, it has excellent properties such as soft texture, flexible folding, and excellent toughness, it can express all colors, and it has superior characteristics such as quick absorption, sound insulation, and winter and heat retention according to the season. It is used for a wide range of crafts, cultural valuables, calligraphy, etc. It is used for painting and printing.

However, Korean paper itself is weak in moisture and strength, so it cannot be used as a fabric for products such as bags.

Joomchi Korean paper is made to have a rough surface, that is, to have a pattern through kneading or kneading of water-soaked Korean paper, and it can be used as a substitute for leather because it has a leather feel.

Zumchi Hanji has good characteristics, but it is also weak in terms of moisture and strength, so technologies using lacquer, etc. are being developed.

특허문헌 3(공개특허 제10-2008-0001853호)은 (A) 수증기를 이용하여 닥나무를 찌거나 삶은 후 건조하는 단계; (B) 건조된 닥나무를 물에 불린 후 껍질을 벗겨 건조하여 백피로 만드는 단계; (C) 백피를 알칼리수에 삶은 후 고해하는 단계; (D) 고해된 백피를 옻나무 추출물과 혼합하는 단계; (E) 닥풀과 혼합하는 단계; (F) 한지를 뜨는 단계;로 이루어진 것이다.Patent Document 3 (Patent Publication No. 10-2008-0001853) discloses (A) steaming or boiling the mulberry tree using water vapor, followed by drying; (B) soaking the dried mulberry tree in water and then peeling the bark and drying it to make a white skin; (C) beating the white skin after boiling in alkaline water; (D) mixing the beaten white skin with the sumac extract; (E) mixing with mulberry; (F) step of knitting Korean paper;

There are technologies for manufacturing crafts, fabrics, etc. using Korean paper and lacquer as in the patent documents, but since it is only lacquered on Korean paper, there is a limit to giving the feeling of jumchi Korean paper and lacquer, and deterioration or tearing due to moisture occurs. There is a disadvantage that it is easily torn by sharp tools, and the product value cannot be increased because it cannot escape monotony.

Here, the amount of water and the drying temperature for soaking the Korean paper can be variously changed and can be practiced by a person skilled in the art without specifying specific values.

When drying is completed, the Zumchi Hanji is completed, and the finished Zumchi Hanchi is made of a rough surface with irregularities.

On the other hand, in order to mass-produce Zumchi Korean paper, one sheet of Korean paper or two sheets of Korean paper laminated to each other is dipped in a bucket of water, soaked in water, and then taken out from the barrel and placed in a separate molding barrel (rotary barrel containing a number of stones) and molded. It is also possible to knead or hit the Korean paper with the stone by rotating the barrel. The stone may be, for example, a cube with a diameter of 30 to 100 mm (a natural stone such as a spherical shape or a square with an angled surface, or a steel stone, and may be said to be the same method as stone washing used in clothing.

On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 2, in order to increase the tensile strength of the jumchi Korean paper 10, the fiber yarn (nylon yarn, aramid yarn, glass fiber yarn, polyethylene yarn, etc.) is attached to the weft yarn and the warp yarn (for example, 0.1 to 1 mm, respectively). A mesh (mesh) 20 configured in a grid type may be additionally applied. The mesh 20 can be attached to one or more sides of the Jumchi Korean paper through an adhesive such as glue or epoxy, or it is also possible to be interposed and inserted between two sheets of Korean paper constituting the Jumchi Korean paper. The mesh 20 has the advantage of adjusting the thickness of the fabric as well as increasing the tensile strength of the jumchi Korean paper 10 . That is, it solves the difficulties associated with thickening the thickness of the jumchi Korean paper 10 and the lacquer coating layer.

The mesh 20 may be pre-fabricated in the form of a net, but is not limited thereto, and it is also possible to directly attach a plurality of threads in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

When the mesh 20 is attached to the surface of the Zoomchi Hanji 10, the mesh 20 does not give a sense of heterogeneity even if it is attached to the outer surface of the Zoomchi Hanji 10 itself, so the mesh 20 does not give a sense of heterogeneity. 10) is preferably attached to the inner surface. In the present invention, the outer surface is the surface visible from the outside based on the use state of the finished product processed using the fabric of the present invention, and the inner surface is the surface that is not visible from the outside.

On the other hand, mesh is not only applied to the manufacturing of Joomchi Korean paper, but can also be applied to the lacquer coating layer, which will be described in detail in the coating process.

The Joomchi Hanji produced in this way has the characteristic of giving the feeling of leather.

2. Preparation of lacquer coating solution.

Lacquer coating solution is to compensate for deterioration and tearing due to moisture, which are the disadvantages of Zumchi Korean paper. Lacquer undiluted solution (raw lacquer), terrapin (terabin oil, C10H16) as a diluent, diatomaceous earth powder, charcoal powder, and ocher powder are prepared. do.

The lacquer coating solution is made by mixing 60 to 65 parts by weight of terrapin, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of diatomaceous earth powder, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of charcoal powder, and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of loess powder, based on 100 parts by weight of lacquer extracted from the lacquer tree. Diatomaceous earth powder, charcoal powder, and loess powder have a particle size of 200 mesh to 800 mesh, respectively, but are not limited thereto. Diatomaceous earth powder, charcoal powder, and loess powder have a rough feel and prevent slipping when the particle size is large.

Lacquer undiluted solution is extracted from lacquer tree and is a harmless, eco-friendly paint that is harmless to the human body. It is a high-quality coating material used in various fields such as furniture and dry lacquerware as well as arts and crafts. Lacquer is a traditional paint technique that has been widely produced in some regions of East Asia such as Korea, China, Japan, and Taiwan. The film has a good feel, deep and calm luster, high transparency, excellent aesthetics, and high antiseptic effect, so it has good sterilization power. It does not form mold even after a long time, and it has excellent properties such as acid resistance, flame resistance, heat resistance, waterproofness, non-combustibility and insulation effect.

Terrapin is used as a diluent for workability. If it is 1 to 70 parts by weight, it is possible, but if it is less than 60 parts by weight, the dilution effect is weak and the workability may be deteriorated. If it exceeds 65 parts by weight, the concentration of lacquer is low, so you can see the effect of lacquer. On the other hand, it causes hardening.

Diatomaceous earth powder is porous and has functions of moisture removal and heat retention due to these characteristics, and if it is out of the above-mentioned mixing ratio, the efficacy of moisture removal, etc. is weak, or there is no significant difference in efficacy, such as moisture removal.

Charcoal powder is known to have beneficial functions such as anion release, humidity control, insecticidal, preservative, and purification, and if it is out of the above-mentioned mixing ratio, the effect of moisture removal is weak or may cause rejection due to excessive mixing amount.

The loess powder has beneficial functions such as humidity control and antibacterial action, and the mixing amount is determined for proper harmony between the diatomaceous earth powder and the charcoal powder.

According to the above-mentioned materials, the color is determined by lacquer. This lacquer is a grayish-white emulsion composed of over 60% lacquer acid, and its color changes to brown when it comes into contact with air. The color will be limited.

Since the present invention is used as a fabric for various products such as bags, pigments are further included.

Pigments can be used in all existing color products, and even with the same color, there is no reason to limit the mixing ratio because the saturation and brightness will vary depending on the mixing ratio. For example, 5 to 30 parts by weight are mixed with respect to 100 parts by weight of lacquer. can be

The lacquer coating solution is coated on both the inner and outer surfaces of Joomchi Korean paper, and at this time, since the inner surface is not visible from the outside, it can be applied only to the lacquer coating material that coats the outer surface. That is, depending on the presence or absence of pigment, it can be divided into an inner lacquer coating liquid and an outer lacquer coating liquid.

A method of manufacturing a fabric according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 3 .

1. Inner layer coating.

After unfolding the jumchi Korean paper 10 flat on the table, the upper surface is coated with an lacquer coating solution to form the inner lacquer coating layer 11 .

The formation of the lacquer coating layer can be formed by brushing the lacquer coating solution, or by spraying with a sprayer to form the lacquer coating layer.

For example, at room temperature, immerse the brush head in the lacquer coating solution, wet it sufficiently with the lacquer coating solution, and apply it on the top of the jumchi Korean paper to form the inner lacquer coating layer. The inner lacquer coating layer preferably has a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm. If it is less than 0.5 mm, scratches may occur during use, and if it exceeds 2 mm, workability is poor.

After the lacquer coating is complete, put the jumchi Korean paper in a drying chamber, and dry the interior of the drying chamber under the conditions of 18-23°C temperature and 77-85% humidity, and then dry for 6-8 hours. The drying condition is a condition in which the inner lacquer coating layer does not peel off from the Jumchi Korean paper without destroying the active ingredients of the lacquer coating solution. In addition, it is possible to prevent peeling of the lacquer coating layer 11 on the inner surface side because the surface of the jumchi Korean paper 10 is dirty.

In this process, it is preferable to form the inner lacquer coating layer 11 in the same pattern as the surface of the Joomchi Korean paper 10 in order to save the rough surface of the Joomchi Korean paper 10 . Of course, since the lacquer has transparency, the lacquer coating layer 11 on the inner side is flattened.

2. Outer side coating.

After forming the inner lacquer coating layer 11, in order to form the outer lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, the inner lacquer coating layer 11 is turned over to face the bottom, and the outer surface is passed through the lacquer coating solution on the upper surface. The side lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 are formed.

The coating using the outer lacquer coating solution is the same as the above-described method for forming the inner lacquer coating layer 11 (brush-drying) and conditions (drying for 6-8 hours at 18-23°C temperature and 77-85% humidity). Do.

However, the external lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 are exposed to the outside and are highly likely to be damaged by various causes (scratches, sunlight, etc.), and to solve this problem, they are composed of multiple layers.

Preferably, the operation (brush painting - drying) is repeated 5 times to form 5 layers of the outer lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. Immediately after completing the formation of each layer, the outer lacquer coating solution is brushed (including spraying, application, etc.) and then dried to form five outer lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16.

Each of the outer lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 may have the same thickness as the inner lacquer coating layer 11 and 0.5 to 2 mm, but the inner lacquer coating layer 11 is a single layer, whereas the outer lacquer coating layer 11 is a single layer. Since the lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 have a five-layer structure, they can be thinner (0.2 to 1 mm) than the inner lacquer coating layer 11. Of course, the total thickness of the five layers is the inner lacquer coating layer. thicker than (11).

The outer lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 are not limited to five layers, but three or more may be used.

In this way, by forming the lacquer coating layers 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 on the outer surface by repeating a plurality of times, it is easy to adjust the outer surface to a thickness sufficient for strength reinforcement, etc., and it is easy to apply a mesh between each layer. There are advantages that can be This is because it is difficult to form an outer layer of a certain thickness through a single coating and drying operation, and humidity and strength are weak because the structure is not dense as a whole.

Through the above process, the fabric using Zumchi Hanji and lacquer is manufactured.

On the other hand, it is also possible to apply a transparent coating solution to the surface of the last outer lacquer coating layer in order to improve the durability of the fabric.

In addition, the outer surface of the fabric may be decorated during the manufacturing process of the fabric. For example, it can be decorated by adhering a decorative material to the outer surface of the Jumchi Korean paper or the surface of any one of the outer lacquer coating layers 12,13,14,15,16. However, it is preferable to attach the decorative material before forming the last outer lacquer coating layer 16 so that the decorative material does not fall off.

Alternatively, it is also possible to form an opaque colored pigment layer on the surface of the last outer lacquer coating layer 16 so as not to give a feeling of lacquer.

Example>

1. Manufacture of Zumchi Hanji.

Two sheets of Korean paper cut to 1M in width and 1M in length were prepared. First, spread one sheet of Korean paper on the table so that there are no wrinkles, spray it with water to wet it sufficiently, and then stack the remaining sheets of Korean paper on the water-soaked paper, spray water again with a sprayer to wet it sufficiently, and knead it by hand for 10 minutes. After rubbing, spread out with wrinkles remaining and dried at room temperature for 5 hours to prepare jumchi Korean paper.

In this way, a number of zoom-chimed Korean papers were manufactured, and one zoom-chilled Korean paper was prepared, and two zoom-chilled Korean papers were prepared by pasting them with glue.

2. Inner coating.

Each Zumchi Korean paper was spread on a coating table, and an inner lacquer coating solution was applied to form an inner lacquer coating layer with a thickness of 0.5 mm.

The composition of the lacquer coating solution on the inner side is a mixture of 650 g of terrapin, 10 g of diatomaceous earth powder, 10 g of charcoal powder, and 10 g of loess powder as a diluent with respect to 1000 g of lacquer extracted from the lacquer tree.

The inner lacquer coating solution was prepared in a container, and the brush head of the brush was immersed in the inner lacquer cotan solution, and then applied to the surface of Zumchi Korean paper to form an inner lacquer coating layer.

After finishing brush painting, it was placed in a dryer and dried for 7 hours while maintaining a drying temperature of 20°C and a humidity of 80% to complete the inner lacquer coating layer.

3. Exterior coating.

After completing the inner lacquer coating layer, turn over the Zumchi Korean paper so that the inner lacquer coating layer is facing down and the outer surface is facing up.

The outer lacquer coating solution (the same composition as the inner lacquer coating solution) was brushed on the outer surface of the Jumchi Korean paper to form an outer lacquer coating layer with a thickness of 1 mm. This is the same as the method of forming the inner lacquer coating layer.

After brush painting of the outer lacquer coating layer was completed, the jumchi Korean paper was placed in a dryer and dried for 7 hours while maintaining a drying temperature of 20° C. and a humidity of 80% to complete the outer lacquer coating layer. Thus, the primary outer surface side lacquer coating layer was formed.

After drying, lacquer (same thickness)-drying was repeated in the same manner as described above to form a total of five layers of lacquer coating on the outer surface.

The fabric was completed through the above process.

In addition, as another example, before forming the last lacquer coating layer on the outer surface, a leaf decoration material was glued on the fourth outer lacquer coating layer and then the last outer lacquer coating layer was formed.

In addition, 30 parts by weight of a pigment (light brown) was prepared by mixing 30 parts by weight of a pigment (light brown) with respect to 100 parts by weight of lacquer in the lacquer coating solution on the external side to form a light brown lacquer coating layer on the external side.

In addition, a mesh was attached with glue before coating the inner and outer surfaces of Zumchi Korean paper with lacquer, and then the inner and outer lacquer coating layers were prepared.

The Zumchi Hanji fabric made in this way has a leathery feel due to the folds of the Zumchi Korean paper, and the brown tone is expressed by the color of lacquer to give a natural leather feeling. As a result, it was confirmed that water did not permeate, and it was confirmed that water flowed down the surface of the coating layer. In addition, it was confirmed that the jumchi hanji fabric was not stretched or torn and maintained its original shape even though the jumchi hanji fabric was pulled with both hands.
