Abstract
Description
도 2는 3T3-L1 지방세포 및 C3H10T1/2 마우스 중간엽 줄기세포에 본 발명의 비피도박테리움 롱검 HN001 균주(28번 균주) 및 비피도박테리움 비피둠 HN002 균주(13번 균주)를 처리하고, qRT-PCR 및 웨스턴 블랏을 통해 열발생, 갈색 지방세포 마커의 발현량을 측정해 비교한 것이다. MDI는 MDI(methyl-isobutyl-xanthine, dexamethasone, insulin)만을 처리한 군, Rosi는 MDI와 함께 Rosiglitazone을 처리한 군을 의미한다.

도 5는 비만 유도 마우스 모델을 대상으로 한 항비만 효과 확인 실험 과정을 나타낸 그림이다. BS는 bacterial supernatant를, BP는 bacterial pellet을 의미한다.
도 6은 G1 내지 G7 각 군의 마우스의 체중 변화를 측정하여 비교한 그래프이다.
도 7은 G1 내지 G7 각 군의 마우스를 대상으로 H&E(Hematoxylin and Eosin) 염색을 수행한 결과, 그리고 이를 바탕으로 지방세포의 크기를 측정해 비교한 그래프이다.
도 8은 G1 내지 G7 각 군의 마우스의 각 기관 무게를 측정하여 비교한 그래프이다.
도 9a는 G1 내지 G7 각 군의 마우스의 지방세포에 발현되는 열발생 관련 마커의 발현을 qRT-PCR을 통해 측정하여 비교한 결과이다.
도 9b는 G1 내지 G7 각 군의 마우스의 지방세포에 발현되는 열발생 관련 마커의 발현을 웨스턴 블랏을 통해 측정하여 비교한 결과이다.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 비피도박테리움 롱검 HN001 균주는 항비만 활성을 가지는 것인, 균주.
- 수탁번호 KCTC13935BP로 기탁된 비피도박테리움 비피둠(Bifidobacterium bifidum) HN002 균주.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 비피도박테리움 비피둠 HN002 균주는 항비만 활성을 가지는 것인, 균주.
- 비피도박테리움 롱검(Bifidobacterium longum) HN001 균주 또는 비피도박테리움 비피둠(Bifidobacterium bifidum) HN002 균주, 상기 균주의 배양액, 상기 배양액의 농축액, 상기 배양액의 건조물 및 상기 배양액의 추출물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 유효성분으로 포함하는, 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 비만의 예방 또는 치료는, 갈색 지방세포 또는 베이지색 지방세포(beige adipocyte)의 형성을 촉진하는 것인, 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.

상기 비만의 예방 또는 치료는, 지방세포에서 Ucp1(uncoupling protein 1), Pgc1a(peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha), Prdm16(PR/SET domain 16), Pparg(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma), PRDM16, CD137, Cox2, Fgf21(fibroblast growth factor 21), P2RX5(purinergic receptor P2X 5) 및 Tbx1(T-box 1)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 유전자의 발현을 증가시켜 갈색 지방세포 또는 베이지색 지방세포(beige adipocyte)의 형성을 촉진하는 것인, 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 비만의 예방 또는 치료는, 지방세포에서 지질의 분해를 촉진하는 것인, 비만의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물.
