Claims (14)
- 도포액이 저류된 도포부의 내부에,
강화 섬유 패브릭을,
실질적으로 연직방향 하향으로 통과시켜 도포액을 강화 섬유 패브릭에 부여하는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 도포부는 서로 연통된 액 고임부와 협착부를 구비하고,
상기 액 고임부는 강화 섬유 패브릭의 주행방향을 따라 단면적이 연속적으로 감소하는 부분을 갖고,
상기 협착부는 슬릿상의 단면을 갖고, 또한 액 고임부 상면보다 작은 단면적을 갖고,
액 고임부에 있어서의 단면적이 연속적으로 감소하는 부분의 연직방향 높이가 10㎜ 이상인 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
강화 섬유의 배열방향에 있어서의 액 고임부의 하부의 폭(L)과,
협착부의 직하에 있어서의 강화 섬유 패브릭의 폭(W)이,
L≤W+10(㎜)
를 충족시키는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
액 고임부 내에 강화 섬유 패브릭의 폭을 규제하기 위한 폭 규제 기구를 구비하고, 협착부의 직하에 있어서의 강화 섬유 패브릭의 폭(W)과 상기 폭 규제 기구하단에 있어서 폭 규제 기구에 의해 규제되는 폭(L2)의 관계가, L2≤W+10(㎜)를 충족시키는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 폭 규제 기구가 상기 액 고임부 및 협착부의 전체 영역에 걸쳐 구비되어 있는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
변형 속도 3.14s-1로 측정한 도포액의 점도가 1∼60㎩·s인 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
도포액이 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리머 입자를 포함한 도포액을 사용하고, 또한 도포부 내에 있어서의 상기 도포액의 온도를 상기 폴리머 입자를 구성하는 수지의 유리전이온도(Tg) 또는 융점(Tm)보다 20℃ 이상 낮은 상태로 도포액을 강화 섬유 패브릭에 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
강화 섬유 패브릭을 가열한 후, 액 고임부로 안내하는 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 제조 방법에 의해 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭을 얻고, 얻어진 도포액 함침 강화 섬유 패브릭의 적어도 편면에 이형 시트를 부여해서 시트상 일체물로 한 후, 시트상 일체물을 인수하는 시트상 일체물의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
시트상 일체물을 형성한 후에 추함침을 행하는 시트상 일체물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 시트상 일체물이 프리프레그인 시트상 일체물의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 기재된 시트상 일체물의 제조 방법에 의해 프리프레그를 얻고, 그 후 프리프레그를 슬릿하는 프리프레그 테이프의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 시트상 일체물의 제조 방법에 의해 프리프레그를 얻고, 그 후 프리프레그를 경화시키는 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 프리프레그 테이프의 제조 방법에 의해 프리프레그 테이프를 얻고, 그 후 프리프레그 테이프를 경화시키는 섬유 강화 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
