Claims (10)
- 제1 탈랍 촉매 조성물 및 제2 탈랍 촉매 조성물의 혼합물을 포함하는 탄화수소 공급원료의 탈랍을 위한 촉매 시스템으로서, 상기 제1 탈랍 촉매 조성물은 ZSM-12 제올라이트계 촉매 조성물이고 상기 제2 탈랍 촉매 조성물은 EU-2 및/또는 ZSM-48 제올라이트계 촉매 조성물이며, 상기 혼합물의 농도 구배가 단일 촉매층 내에서 달성되되 상기 촉매층을 통하여 제1 탈랍 촉매의 농도가 감소하고 제2 탈랍 촉매의 농도가 증가하는 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층은 스택 구성에 2개 이상의 분리된 영역을 포함하며, 각각의 영역은 제1 및 제2 탈랍 촉매의 혼합물을 포함하되 상기 영역들은 상기 촉매층을 통하여 하나의 영역에서 다음 영역으로 계단식 비-선형 방식의 제1 탈랍 촉매 조성물의 농도 감소 및 제2 탈랍 촉매 조성물의 농도 증가의 구배를 함께 한정하는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탈랍 조성물의 건조 중량을 기준으로, 상기 ZSM-12 제올라이트는 상기 제1 탈랍 조성물 중에 적어도 10 중량% 및 최대 70 중량%의 양으로 존재하고 상기 제1 탈랍 촉매 조성물은 결합제를 적어도 30 중량% 및 90 중량% 이하의 양으로 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탈랍 조성물의 건조 중량을 기준으로, 상기 EU-2 및/또는 ZSM-48 제올라이트는 상기 제2 탈랍 촉매 조성물 중에 적어도 15 중량% 및 최대 70 중량%의 양으로 존재하고 상기 제2 탈랍 촉매 조성물은 결합제를 적어도 30 중량% 및 85 중량% 이하의 양으로 추가로 포함하는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탈랍 촉매 및 상기 제2 탈랍 촉매 각각이 귀금속 성분을 포함하는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-12 제올라이트는 적어도 50:1 및 최대 250:1의 이산화규소 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 EU-2 및/또는 ZSM-48 제올라이트는 적어도 60:1 및 최대 300:1의 이산화규소 대 알루미나 몰비를 갖는, 촉매 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 시스템과 탄화수소 공급원료를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료의 탈랍을 위한 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 200℃부터 450℃까지의 온도 및 5 x 105 내지 200 x 105 Pa의 압력에서 발생하는, 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 방법에서 상기 공급원료가 ASTM D-2887-93에 의해 측정될 때 200℃ 이상에서 10% 증류점을 갖는 윤활유 범위 내에서 비등하는 왁스-함유 공급물인, 방법.
