Claims (4)
- 돈사로부터 분뇨가 투입되되 고액분리기에 의해 고형물은 제거되고 내부에 분뇨액만 저장되는 집수조와;
상기 집수조로부터 분뇨액이 유입되며, 유입된 분뇨액의 탈질화가 이루어지는 무산소조와;
상기 무산소조로부터 탈질화된 분뇨액이 유입되며, 탈질화된 분뇨액에 공기를 공급하여 용존산소량을 증대시켜 호기성 발효를 촉진시켜 1차 발효가 이루어지도록 하는 1차 발효조와;
상기 1차 발효조로부터 1차 발효된 분뇨액이 유입되며, 1차 발효된 분뇨액에 공기를 공급하여 2차 발효를 통해 분뇨액의 악취 물질이 제거되도록 하는 2차 발효조와;
상기 2차 발효조로부터 2차 발효된 분뇨액이 유입되며, 2차 발효된 분뇨액을 침전시켜 완숙발효된 침전물과 액비로 분리하는 침전조와;
상기 침전조로부터 액비가 유입되어 저장되며, 저장된 액비를 돈사에 공급하는 순환수조;로 구성되며,
상기 집수조와, 무산소조와, 1차 발효조와, 2차 발효조와, 침전조 및 순환수조가 격벽의 소정 높이에 타공형성되는 유입공에 의해 수위 변화에 따라 분뇨액의 흐름이 연동되면서 상기 돈사에 공급된 액비가 분뇨와 함께 집수조로 재투입되는 순환이 반복되어 양질의 액비가 지속적으로 생산될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 순환식 돈사용 액비의 제조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집수조는 돈사로부터 배출되는 분뇨가 투입되는 투입구가 형성되며,
상기 투입구에는 분뇨에 포함된 이물질을 선별하기 위한 거름망이 설치되되,
상기 거름망은 분(糞)과 뇨(尿)는 통과되고 이물질은 여과되도록 상단이 개방형성되고 측벽과 바닥면은 필터링 가능한 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환식 돈사용 액비의 제조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집수조와, 무산소조 및 침전조는 분뇨액에 함유된 침전물이 원활하게 침전분리되도록 하부에 호퍼 형상의 침전분리부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환식 돈사용 액비의 제조시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1차 발효조 및 제2차 발효조는 분뇨액에 공기를 공급하는 폭기장치와, 거품의 넘침을 방지하기 위한 거품감지센서가 구비되며,
상기 거품감지센서는 수위로부터 일정한 간격을 두고 이격되게 배치되는 제1감지센서와 제2감지센서 및 제3감지센서로 구성되되,
제1감지센서는 수위로부터 소정 높이에 배치되며 거품과 접촉시 상기 폭기장치의 정지신호를 송출하며,
제2감지센서는 제1감지센서의 하부에 배치되며 거품과 이격시 정지된 폭기장치의 재가동 신호를 송출하고,
제3감지센서는 제2감지센서의 하부에 수위와 인접하게 배치되며 거품과 상시 접촉되면서 거품감지센서의 정상 작동신호를 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순환식 돈사용 액비의 제조시스템.
