Abstract
액체타겟장치(1)는, 타겟액체를 수용하는 액체수용부로서의 타겟수용부(23)와, 입자가속기로부터 출사된 하전입자선(B)을 액체수용부까지 통과시키는 빔통과로(11)와, 빔통과로(11)와 액체수용부와의 사이를 구획하는 타겟포일(33)과, 빔통과로(11)의 상류측에 마련된 진공영역(A1)과 빔통과로(11)를 구획하는 진공포일(31)을 구비하고, 빔통과로(11)에는, 진공포일(31)측에서 냉각가스가 공급되는 제1 기체실(R1)과, 제1 기체실(R1)보다 타겟포일(33)측에서 냉각가스가 공급되는 제2 기체실(R2)이 마련되며, 제1 기체실(R1)과 상기 제2 기체실(R2)과의 사이는 중간포일(32)에 의하여 구획되어 있다.

Claims (4)
- 타겟액체를 수용하는 액체수용부와,
입자가속기로부터 출사된 하전입자선을 상기 액체수용부까지 통과시키는 빔통과로와,
상기 빔통과로와 상기 액체수용부의 사이를 구획하는 타겟포일과,
상기 빔통과로의 상류측에 마련된 진공영역과 상기 빔통과로를 구획하는 진공포일을 구비하고,
상기 빔통과로에는, 상기 진공포일측에서 냉각가스가 공급되는 제1 기체실과, 상기 제1 기체실보다 상기 타겟포일측에서 냉각가스가 공급되는 제2 기체실이 마련되며,
상기 제1 기체실과 상기 제2 기체실과의 사이는 중간포일에 의하여 구획되어 있는, 액체타겟장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기체실에 관한 냉각가스의 유통계와, 상기 제2 기체실에 관한 냉각가스의 유통계는, 서로 독립되어 있는, 액체타겟장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 기체실로부터 배출되는 유체를 흘려보내는 배관과,
상기 배관에 마련되어 상기 유체에 포함되는 이물을 회수하기 위한 회수부를 더 갖는, 액체타겟장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 기체실에 관한 냉각가스의 유통계는, 자장치와는 상이한 다른 액체타겟장치와 공유되는, 액체타겟장치.
