Claims (9)
- 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈로서,
a) 구동 유닛 또는 에너지 발생 유닛의 연료로서의 액체 가스에 대해서,
b) 상기 액체 가스를 기화시키기 위해 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈(1)에 마련된 적어도 하나의 처리장치(6)를 구비하고,
c) 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈은 액체 가스를 기화시키기 위해 외부 에너지원 또는 통합 에너지원에 대한 연결부를 구비하고,
d) 적어도 하나의 연결부가 처리된 가스를 상기 구동 유닛 및 에너지 발생 유닛으로 전달하기 위해 마련되고,
e) 상기 처리장치가 컨테이너-탱크 모듈(1) 내에 보호된 방식으로 배치되고,
f) 상기 처리장치는 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈의 내에서 하우징(6, 7) 및 /또는 박스(15, 16, 17)에 제공되는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈에 있어서,
g) 상기 구동 유닛 또는 에너지 발생 유닛으로의 직접적인 연료 전달을 위해 상기 액체 가스를 처리하기 위해, 특히 상기 액체 가스를 기화하고, 상기 가스를 가열하고, 상기 가스를 압축하고 상기 가스의 압력을 조정하고 상기 가스를 공급하기 위한 모든 처리장치들이 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈(1)의 치수 내에 통합된 처리장치로서 마련되며,
h) 상기 하우징(6, 7)은 극저온 탱크(2) 아래에서 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈의 치수 내에 마련되며,
i) 가스 운반 라인의 외부 연결은 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈(1)의 엔드 포털 (11)에서 박스(15) 내에 둘러싸여 마련되며,
j) 전기 및 전자 부품들, 그리고 플러그 타입 연결부들을 위한 적어도 하나의 박스(16)가 반대쪽 포털(12)에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 극저온 탱크(2)는 LNG, LPG 또는 메탄올과 같은 다른 기화 가능한 액체 연료를 위한 단열 압력 탱크인 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 가스의 기화 또는 압축과 같은 처리 시퀀스와 상기 액체 가스의 상태를 제어 및 모니터링하기 위해 필요한 처리 구성 요소(16)들이 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈(1)에 통합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈의 GPS 추적과 상기 컨테이너-탱크 모듈의 파라미터를 모니터링 및 제어하기 위한 데이터 전송을 위한 무선 전송 수단 및 처리 시퀀스가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
연료 또는 연료 사양의 관점에서 에너지 요건과 같은 요건 파라미터를 양방향으로 교환하기 위해 컨슈머와의 인터페이스 또는 통신 장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징(6, 7) 및/또는 박스(15, 16, 17)는 기밀성이 있고 극저온 온도에 적합하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 가스의 기화를 위해, 컴팩트한 관형 또는 판형 열교환기를 갖는 장치가 제공되고, 연소 기관에서 나온 냉각수 또는 해수 또는 지하수와 같은 외부 처리 열이 상기 장치로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기화된 액체 가스, 특히 LNG의 컨슈머에게의 전달 압력은 대략 5 bar에서 10 bar 이하의 압력 레벨로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈. - 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 액체 가스의 기화를 위한 통합 가열 장치는 차량의 보조 가열 시스템 방식으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 컨테이너-탱크 모듈.
