들깨에 포함된 이물질, 돌 및 불순물을 선별하여 제거하는 선별단계(S1);
이물질, 돌 및 불순물이 선별 및 제거된 상기 들깨를 물로 세척하는 세척단계(S2);
세척된 상기 들깨를 자연건조시키는 자연건조단계(S3);
들깨를 투입하는 호퍼(10)와, 투입된 상기 들깨의 껍질을 박피하기 위한 공급롤러(20) 및 박피롤러(30), 그리고 박피된 들깨의 껍질을 열풍으로 이송하기 위한 열풍 송풍기(40) 및 이송되는 상기 들깨 껍질을 외부로 배출하는 배출덕트(50)를 포함하는 들깨탈피기를 이용하여, 건조된 상기 들깨의 껍질을 탈피시켜 상기 들깨탈피기의 외부로 배출시키는 들깨 탈피 및 배출 단계(S4);
탈피된 상기 들깨를 더 작은 입도가 되도록 분쇄기로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계(S5);
분쇄된 상기 들깨를 압축기를 이용하여 냉간 상태로 착유하는 냉압착 착유단계(S6); 및
착유된 들기름을 필터로 여과하여 정제된 들기름을 얻는 여과단계(S7)를 포함하고,
상기 들깨의 알맹이가 탈피되어 낙하할 때 낙하하는 상기 들깨의 알맹이를 상기 열풍 송풍기(4)로 열풍건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉압착 착유방식에 의한 들기름 제조방법.
