Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에서 제조된 리튬 이차 전지의 출력 특성을 나타내는 그래프로서, 도 2(a)는 방전속도에 따른 각 전극의 방전 비 용량을 보여주며, 도 2(b)는 각 방전속도에서 각 전극의 방전 비 용량이 최대 비 용량 대비 몇%인지 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3과 도 4는 본 발명의 전극 활물질의 SEM 사진과 그로부터 제조된 전극 표면의 SEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 몇 실시 예의 화합물의 전기화학적 거동을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시 예에서 제조된 리튬 이차 전지의 충·방전 사이클에 따른 비용량 변화를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 안트라퀴논계 배트 염료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 안트라퀴논계 배트 염료는 이차결합력이 있는 기능단을 1개 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이차결합력이 있는 기능단은 수소결합이 가능한 (N-H...O=C) 기능단, 또는 π-π 결합이 가능한 2 내지 10개의 벤젠고리(benzene ring)가 융합된 방향족(aromatic) 고리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극 활물질.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 안트라퀴논계 배트 염료는 나노선 형태의 나노구조체인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극 활물질.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 나노구조체는 단축 방향으로 1 내지 100나노미터의 길이를 갖고, 장축 방향으로 10나노미터 내지 100마이크로미터의 길이를 가지고, 단축:장축의 길이 비가 1:1.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 전극 활물질.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 8중 어느 한 항의 전극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전극.
- 청구항 9의 전극을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
