Claims (9)
- 말단에 질소 함유 작용기를 가진 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)이 치환된 하기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 카벤 화합물:

상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2에 있어서,
R1, R2, R5 및 R6은 서로 같거나 상이하고 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기이거나,
R3, R4, R7, R8, R9 및 R10은 서로 같거나 상이하고 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기 또는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 구조이거나, R7 내지 R10 중 서로 인접한 두 개 이상의 치환기가 결합하여 탄화수소 고리를 형성하고,
R3 및 R4 중 적어도 하나는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 구조이고,
R7 내지 R10 중 적어도 하나는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 구조이거나, R7 내지 R10 중 서로 인접한 두 개 이상의 치환기가 결합하여 탄화수소 고리를 형성하는 경우 상기 탄화수소 고리를 형성하는 탄소에 결합된 수소 중 적어도 하나는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 구조로 치환되고,

상기 화학식 3에 있어서,
n은 괄호 내 단위의 반복 수로 1 내지 30의 정수이고,
A는 질소(N) 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 질소(N) 원자를 포함하는 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기이다. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 질소 함유 작용기는 아자이드(azide), 프탈이미드(phthalimide) 및 아민(amine)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 카벤 화합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나 및 상기 R5 및 R6 중 적어도 하나는 서로 같거나 상이하며 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기인 카벤 화합물. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 따른 카벤 화합물이 금속나노입자와 결합된 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 금속나노입자의 입자 직경이 1 ㎚ 내지 40 ㎚인 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 금속은 구리(Cu), 코발트(Co), 비스무트(Bi), 은(Ag), 알루미늄(Al), 금(Au), 하프늄(Hf), 크롬(Cr), 인?(In), 망간(Mn), 몰리브데넘(Mo), 마그네슘(Mg), 니켈(Ni), 나이오븀(Nb), 납(Pb), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt), 레늄(Re), 로듐(Rh), 안티모니(Sb), 탄탈럼(Ta), 티타늄(Ti), 텅스텐(W), 바나듐(V), 지르코늄(Zr), 아연(Zn), 철(Fe) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체. - 일 말단에 티올기를 포함하고 다른 말단에 질소 함유 작용기를 포함하는 폴리에틸렌글리콜과 금속나노입자를 혼합하여, 황-금속나노입자를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 황-금속나노입자와 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 따른 카벤 화합물을 혼합하는 단계;
를 포함하는 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체의 제조방법. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 황-금속나노입자와 상기 카벤 화합물을 혼합하는 단계는, 상기 금속나노입자의 표면에 존재하는 금속-황 결합을 금속-카벤 결합으로 치환하는 단계를 포함하는 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체의 제조방법. - 바이오 탐침부가 클릭 반응(click reaction)을 통해 고정화된, 청구항 4에 따른 카벤-금속나노입자 복합체를 포함하는 바이오 센서.
