Claims (7)
- (a) 유동층 반응기에 그래핀 입자 및 불소 함유 반응가스를 주입하고, 주입된 불소 함유 반응가스에 의해 그래핀 입자를 유동시키는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 유동화된 그래핀 입자를 RF 글로우 방전으로 플라즈마 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 불소 함유 반응가스는 F2, NF3, N2F4, CHF3, CH2F2, CH3F, NF3, CF4, CHF3 및 SF6로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 불소 함유 반응가스는 아르곤, 헬륨, 네온 및 질소로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 불소 함유 반응가스의 주입속도는 15 sccm ~ 28 sccm인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계의 RF 글로우 방전은 RF 전력이 50 W ~ 200 W인 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계의 플라즈마 처리는 50초 ~ 500초 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 그래핀 입자의 표면 개질방법에 의해 불소로 표면 처리되고, 불소로 표면 처리된 표면적이 25 % ~ 80 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 불소로 표면 개질된 그래핀 입자.
