RAW264.7 세포를 96 웰 플레이트에 1×104/well의 개수 로 분주하고 24시간 후 추출물을 농도별로 처리하여 5% CO2, 37℃ 조건하에서 24시간 동안 배양하였다. 그 후 WST-1 시약을 첨가하여 37℃에서 1시간 동 안 반응시킨 후 ELISA reader를 통해 450 nm에서 흡광도를 측정하여 백분율로 나타내었다(도 2). 도 2는 건곤드레 추출물 및 건곰취 추출물의 세포독성평가 결과이다. IL-4은 건곰취 추출물에서 200㎍/㎖ 농도부터 유의적인 증가를 나타내었다. IL-2은 건곰취 추출물에서 500㎍/㎖ 농도로부터 유의적인 증가를 나타냈다.
