Abstract
Description
도 2는 PCR을 통해 추출한 주형 DNA를 아가로스 전기영동을 통하여 확인한 결과; (A) 2라운드에서 E. coli 의 외막단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 library phage에서 추출한 주형 DNA, (B) 3라운드에서 E. coli 의 외막단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 library phage에서 추출한 주형 DNA 에 대한 결과를 나타내는 사진이다.
도 3은 E.coli 에 대한 phage single DNA 서열 분석을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 대장균(Escherichia coli)의 외막단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항의 펩타이드의 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 핵산 분자.
- 제 2항의 핵산 분자를 포함하는 재조합 발현벡터.
- 제 3항의 재조합 발현벡터로 형질 전환된 형질전환체.
- 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 펩타이드를 포함하는 대장균(Escherichia coli) 검출용 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 발색효소, 방사성 동위원소, 크로모포어(chromopore), 발광물질 및 형광물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 1종 이상으로 표지된 것인, 검출용 조성물.
- 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 펩타이드를 포함하는 대장균(Escherichia coli)검출용 키트.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 대장균(Escherichia coli) 검출 방법:
(a) 서열번호 1 내지 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 펩타이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 펩타이드와 검출 대상 시료를 접촉시키는 단계; 및
(b)상기 펩타이드와 검출 대상 시료에 포함될 수 있는 대장균(Escherichia coli)의 결합여부를 확인하는 단계.
