육안으로 보아 20% 이상의 모발 탈색이 있는 남성 피험자 12명에게 제품을 4주간 사용하게 하고 사용 전과 후에 탈색된 모발 총 30개를 머리의 좌, 우 측 및 정수리 부분에서 각 10개씩 무작위로 선택하여 촬영하여 비교하였다. 제품 사용 전, 후 사진을 비교하여 30개의 탈색되었던 모발 중, 모발의 윗부분에 비해 두피에 근접한 부분이 더 짙은 갯수를 기록하였다. 두피에서부터 모발 길이를 따라 1cm 부분을 경계로 하여 짙은 정도를 비교하여 아래쪽이 더 짙게 나타난 모발의 수를 기록하였다. 4주의 시험 기간 중 이발을 하지 않도록 하였다. 평가의 결과를 표 4와 도 1 내지 도 3에 나타내었다.To 12 male subjects who have 20% or more hair discoloration by visual inspection, let the product use for 4 weeks.
