- 땅콩새싹 추출물 10 내지 70중량%
이눌린 10 내지 70중량%
팔라티노스 10 내지 70중량%
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 이눌린은 치커리로부터 추출 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 조성물 전체 중량 대비 참죽나물 추출물을 10 내지 30중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 따른 조성물 10 내지 70중량%와 잔부 중량%의 수소수를 포함하는 것으로 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 음료.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 이눌린은 치커리로부터 추출 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 음료.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 제 1항에 따른 조성물 전체 중량 대비 참죽나물 추출물을 10 내지 30중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈당 상승 억제 음료.
