Claims (20)
- 필름-형성 수지;
적외선 반사 안료; 및
상기 적외선 반사 안료와 상이한 적외선 형광 안료
를 포함하는 코팅 조성물로서,
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 코팅은, 상기 적외선 형광 안료가 없는 것을 제외하고는 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 동일 코팅에 비해 더 큰 유효 일사 반사율(effective solar reflectance, ESR)을 갖는, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 코팅이 0.25 이상의 ESR을 갖는, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 이후의 시간(t1)에서의 상기 코팅의 온도가, 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 이후의 시간(t1)에서의, 상기 적외선 형광 안료가 없는 것을 제외하고는 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 동일 코팅에 비해 더 낮은, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
착색제를 추가로 포함하는 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선이 태양광, 백열광, 형광광, 크세논광(xenon light), 레이저, LED 광, 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 생성되는, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 반사 안료가 제 1 파장에서 반사하고,
상기 적외선 형광 안료가 제 2 파장에서 형광을 발하고,
상기 코팅 조성물의 나머지가 상기 제 1 파장 및 상기 제 2 파장에서 투명한, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 형광 안료가 한 퍼플(Han purple), 한 블루(Han blue), 이집션 블루(Egyptian blue), 루비(ruby), 카드뮴 안료, CdSe 및 CdTe 화합물, 지르코니아 레드, 인디고, 블루 베르디터(blue verditer), 구리 블루, 아주라이트(azurite), 플로스 블루(ploss blue), 스말트(smalt), 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적외선 형광 안료가 가시광선을 흡수하는, 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
흡수된 가시광선이 어두운 색을 나타내는, 코팅 조성물. - 경화된 적외선 반사 코팅 조성물을 포함하는 제 1 코팅 층; 및
경화된, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 코팅 조성물을 포함하고 상기 제 1 코팅 층의 적어도 일부와 중첩되는 제 2 코팅 층
을 포함하는 다층 코팅. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 물질로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 기재.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 기재가, 건물 기재의 적어도 일부를 포함하는, 기재. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 건물 기재가 외장 패널, 지붕 재료, 또는 산업 기재의 적어도 일부를 포함하는, 기재. - 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기재가 금속성 또는 비-금속성 부분을 포함하는, 기재. - (i) 필름-형성 수지, (ii) 적외선 반사 안료, 및 (iii) 상기 적외선 반사 안료와 상이한 적외선 형광 안료를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 물품의 표면의 적어도 일부에 적용하는 단계; 및
상기 코팅 조성물을 경화시켜 상기 물품 상에 코팅을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하고, 이때
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 코팅은, 상기 적외선 형광 안료가 없는 것을 제외하고는 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 동일 코팅에 비해 더 큰 유효 일사 반사율(ESR)을 갖는,
물품의 온도를 낮추는 방법. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 코팅이 0.25 이상의 ESR을 갖는, 방법. - 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 조성물이 경화되어 코팅을 형성하고 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출되는 경우, 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 이후의 시간(t1)에서의 상기 코팅의 온도가, 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 이후의 시간(t1)에서의, 상기 적외선 형광 안료가 없는 것을 제외하고는 상기 형광-여기 복사선을 포함하는 복사선에 노출된 동일 코팅에 비해 더 낮은, 방법. - 제 15 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
