Claims (14)
- 통계적으로 분산되어 있는 에틸렌 단위, 부타디엔 단위, 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 단위를 포함하는 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체로서, 상기 공중합체 중의 에틸렌 단위의 몰분율이 에틸렌, 부타디엔 및 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 단위의 총 몰수에 대해 50% 이상이고, 상기 공중합체의 미세구조는 균질해서 상기 단위들 각각의 몰농도는 상기 공중합체의 쇄 전체에 걸쳐 일정함을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 단위의 몰분율이 에틸렌, 부타디엔 및 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 단위의 총 몰수에 대해 50mol% 내지 95mol% 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 단위의 몰분율이 에틸렌, 부타디엔 및 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 단위의 총 몰수에 대해 0mol%와 25mol% 사이임을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20% 미만, 유리하게는 10% 미만의 결정화도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 에틸렌/부타디엔 공중합체의 반연속 제조 방법으로서, 교반 반응기에서, 중합체 쇄에서 트랜스-1,2-사이클로헥산 사이클릭 단위의 형성을 허용하는 촉매계의 존재하에, 탄화수소 용매 중에서 0℃와 200℃ 사이의 온도에서 에틸렌과 부타디엔을 용액 중합함을 포함하며, 상기 중합이 일정한 온도에서 일정한 에틸렌 압력 및 일정한 부타디엔 압력에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하고, 상기 에틸렌 및 부타디엔이 상기 반응기에 연속으로 주입됨을 특징으로 하고, 상기 반응 매질에서, 각각의 중합시, 상기 에틸렌 및 부타디엔 농도가 일정함을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 반응 매질의 조성이 연속으로 분석되며 상기 에틸렌 및 부타디엔 주입 유량이 상기 반응 매질 중에서 에틸렌 및 부타디엔 농도를 일정하게 유지하도록 조정됨을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
