Abstract
A) Ai) 알콜 그룹 중 16 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 적어도 하나 20 내지 95중량% 및
Aii) 하이드록실 그룹에 대해 2 위치에서 C6-C20-알킬 라디칼을 갖는 C8-C22 알콜의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 적어도 하나 5 내지 80중량%
를 포함하는 95 내지 40중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를,
B) 5 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체의 존재하에 유리-라디칼 중합하여 수득가능한 중합체 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 조성물의 제조 방법 및 광유 및 광유 증류물을 위한 유동 개선제로서 상기 조성물의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (29)
- A) Ai) 알킬 라디칼 중 16 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 적어도 하나 20 내지 95중량% 및
Aii) 하이드록실 그룹에 대해 2 위치에서 C6-C20-알킬 라디칼을 갖는 C8-C22 알콜의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 적어도 하나 5 내지 80중량%
를 포함하는 95 내지 40중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를,
B) 5 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체의 존재하에 유리-라디칼 중합하여 수득가능한 중합체 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 Ai)이 화학식 (1)을 갖는, 중합체 조성물:

R2는 수소 또는 메틸 그룹이고,
R3은 16 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는, 바람직하게는 18 내지 36개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 알킬 라디칼이다. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 A)가, A)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여, 25중량% 내지 90중량%, 바람직하게는 30중량% 내지 60중량%의 적어도 하나의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 Ai)을 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 A)가, A)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여, 10중량% 내지 60중량%, 바람직하게는 20중량% 내지 55중량%의 적어도 하나의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 Aii)를 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 A)가 40중량% 이하의 하나 이상의 추가 단량체 Aiii)을 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 추가 단량체 Aiii)이 1 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 카복실산의 비닐 에스테르, 6 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 α-올레핀, 비닐방향족, 에틸렌성 불포화 디카복실산 및 이의 C10-C30 지방 알콜과의 무수물 및 에스테르, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 추가의 관능 그룹을 갖는 에틸렌성 불포화 화합물, 및 비닐 및 알릴 폴리글리콜로부터 선택되는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 추가 단량체 Aiii)이 화학식 (3)에 따르는, 중합체 조성물:

R6은 1 내지 11개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 선형 알킬 라디칼이거나, 4 내지 17개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 분지형 알킬 라디칼이거나, 5 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 사이클릭 알킬 라디칼이다. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가, 에틸렌 뿐만 아니라, 비닐 에스테르, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르, 알킬 비닐 에테르 및/또는 알켄 중 적어도 하나를 4 내지 18 mol% 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과, C1-C24 카복실산, C1-C22-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 C3-C24 올레핀의 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체인, 중합체 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과 화학식 (6)의 적어도 하나의 비닐 에스테르의 공중합체인, 중합체 조성물:

- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매의 존재하에 A 및 B의 유리-라디칼 중합에 의해 수득될 수 있고, 여기서, A, B 및 용매의 총량 중 임의의 추가 보조제의 비율이 35중량% 내지 80중량%인, 중합체 조성물.

- 제6항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 A)가 5중량% 내지 78중량%, 특히 10중량% 내지 65중량% 및 특히 15중량% 내지 55중량%의 단량체 Aii)를 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- 제6항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 A)가 2중량% 내지 40중량%, 특히 5중량% 내지 40중량% 및 특히 5중량% 내지 30중량%의 단량체 Aiii)을 포함하는, 중합체 조성물.
- A) Ai) 알킬 라디칼 중 16 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 적어도 하나 20 내지 95중량% 및
Aii) 하이드록실 그룹에 대한 2 위치에 C6-C20-알킬 라디칼을 갖는 C8-C22 알콜의 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 적어도 하나 5 내지 80중량%
를 포함하는 95 내지 40중량%의 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트(A)의 혼합물을,
B) 5 내지 60중량%의 에틸렌 공중합체의 존재하에,
유리-라디칼 쇄 개시제를 첨가하여 공중합시키는, 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제20항에 있어서, 상기 중합이, A) 및 B)의 양을 기준으로 하여, 용매 양의 0.1 내지 10배 존재하에 수행되는, 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 적어도 60℃의 인화점을 갖는 지방족 탄화수소 또는 지방족 탄화수소 혼합물인, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물 10중량% 내지 80중량% 및 유기 용매 90중량% 내지 20중량%를 포함하는 농축물(concentrate).
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소의 혼합물인, 농축물.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가 적어도 20중량%의 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는, 농축물.
- 제23항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 조성물 이외에, 왁스 분산제 및/또는 아스팔텐 분산제를 포함하는, 농축물.
- 원유, 잔사유(residue oils) 및 광유 증류로부터의 생성물로부터 선택된 파라핀-함유 광유의 저온 특성(cold properties)을 개선시키기 위한, 제1항 내지 제19항 및 제23항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물 또는 농축물의 용도.
- 제27항에 있어서, 상기 파라핀-함유 광유가 원유인, 용도.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물 10 내지 10 000 중량ppm이 상기 파라핀-함유 광유에 첨가되는, 용도.
