Abstract
본 발명은 구조가 견고하고 규격화된 배수용 그레이팅을 신속하게 제조할 수 있는 그레이팅 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 특징은, 일정간격으로 이격되어서 양측으로 배열되고 연결바(20)가 삽입되어서 용접되기 위한 용접홈(11)이 등간격으로 형성되는 아이바(10), 아이바(10)들의 이격된 상태를 유지시키는 연결바(20), 아이바(10)들의 양단을 마감하는 엔드바(30)를 준비하는 그레이팅 재료준비단계(S100)와, 연결바 용접장치(100)를 이용하여 일정간격으로 이격되게 정렬된 아이바(10)들에 연결바(20)를 용접하여 그레이팅 조립체를 완성하는 그레이팅 조립체완성단계(S200)와, 엔드바 용접장치(200)를 이용하여 그레이팅 조립체의 양단에 엔드바(30)를 용접하여 그레이팅을 완성하는 그레이팅 완성단계(S300)와, 그레이팅을 용융아연에 침지시켜서 아연도금 하는 그레이팅 도금단계(S400)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
