옻나무를 3개월 이상 수분 12 중량% 이하로 자연건조한 후, 이를 분쇄하였다. 상기 옻나무 분쇄물과 현미를 5:5 중량비로 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물에 장수버섯 균주를 접종하여 상온에서 20일 발효시켜 옻나무 발효물을 제조하였다. 상기 옻나무 발효물에 10 배 중량의 물을 가하고 95 ℃에서 3 시간 추출하고 여과하고 옻나무 발효추출액 1 및 옻나무 발효추출박 1을 각각 제조하였다. 분말로 사용될 경우 상기 옻나무 발효추출박은 진공건조기를 이용해 수분 8 중량% 이하로 건조하여 사용하였다. 상기 옻나무 발효추출액(1)의 고형분 함량은 4.3 중량%이었다. 실험예 1: 육계를 이용한 동물실험Experimental Example 1: Animal experiment using broiler chickens

8개월령된 육계를 이용하여 각 실험군마다 상기 실시예 1 내지 5 및 비교예 1 내지 3의 사료를 급이하여 1 주 동안 사육한 후 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 시작일에 체중을 측정하고, 그 2 주 후 체중을 측정하여 최초 체중증가량을 확인하였다. 8-month-old broiler chicks were fed with the feeds of the above-mentioned Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 for 1 week, and then the experiment was conducted.
