Claims (7)
- 차체에 고정되는 하우징몸체;
일측은 차륜의 너클에 연결되며 타측은 상기 하우징몸체의 내측으로 연장되며, 측면에는 랙기어가 형성되는 기어바;
상기 기어바의 이동방향에 대하여 교차하는 방향으로 설치되며, 상기 랙기어에 맞물리며 회전이 이루어지는 제1교차기어부;
상기 제1교차기어부에 맞물려서 회전되며, 상기 기어바에 평행하게 회전축이 설치되는 제1동력전달기어부;
상기 제1동력전달기어부에 맞물려 회전되며, 상기 기어바의 외측을 감싸는 형태로 설치되는 회전자; 및
상기 회전자와 마주하는 상기 하우징몸체의 내측에 설치되어 자력을 구비하는 고정자;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1교차기어부는, 상기 이동바와 마주하는 위치에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 랙기어에 맞물려 회전하는 제1피니언기어; 및
상기 제1피니언기어에서 연장되어 원추형의 기어를 형성하는 제1연결기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제1동력전달기어부는, 상기 제1연결기어의 회전축과 교차하는 회전축을 구비하며, 원추형의 기어를 형성하는 제1베벨기어; 및
상기 제1베벨기어에서 연장되며, 상기 회전자의 외측에 맞물리는 기어를 구비하며, 상기 회전자와 함께 회전을 하는 제1전달기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 기어바를 사이에 두고 상기 제1교차기어부와 마주하는 위치에 설치되며, 상기 랙기어에 맞물리며 회전하는 제2교차기어부; 및
상기 기어바에 평행하게 회전축이 설치되어 상기 제2교차기어부에 맞물려서 회전되며, 상기 제1동력전달기어부와 함께 상기 회전자의 외측에 맞물려서 회전되는 제2동력전달기어부;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제2교차기어부는, 상기 이동바와 마주하는 위치에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 상기 랙기어에 맞물려 회전하는 제2피니언기어; 및
상기 제2피니언기어에서 연장되어 원추형의 기어를 형성하는 제2연결기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제2동력전달기어부는, 상기 제2연결기어의 회전축과 교차하는 회전축을 구비하며, 원추형의 기어를 형성하는 제2베벨기어; 및
상기 제2베벨기어에서 연장되며, 상기 회전자의 외측에 맞물리며 회전을 하는 제2전달기어;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 회전자와 상기 고정자는 사륜휠구동 차량의 각 차륜에 설치되며, 상기 기어바의 설치길이 및 이동속도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 전동식 댐퍼.
