Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening comprising a fermented bean tilandia fermentation liquid,

The present invention relates to a skin whitening cosmetic composition comprising a fermented bean curd tile extract, and more particularly to a cosmetic composition for skin whitening comprising a fermented bean curd tylans obtained by culturing a bean curd tylanshia with yeast or lactic acid bacteria .

Factors that determine skin color are basically skin color, such as tingling caused by spots, freckles and ultraviolet rays, or overall pigmentation, as well as differences in the distribution of acne and scarring and keratin Blood circulation, stress, and health. Among the above factors, the most important factor is the pigmentation.

Melanin, melanoid, carotene, hemoglobin, carotenoid, etc. are the coloring matters that affect the skin color, and various colors of skin, hair and eyes are determined by these pigments. The most important factor determining the color of the skin is melanin. The most important factors affecting the biosynthesis of melanin are ultraviolet light and hormone secretion in the body. Melanin absorbs or scatters ultraviolet light and plays a major role in preventing skin damage from ultraviolet rays. It does not have a specific maximum absorption wavelength and absorbs light in all areas. In addition, it has excellent ability to remove reactive oxygen species, sometimes melanin itself generates active oxygen, and other substances are reduced or oxidized by catechol or quinone in the melanin structure, and melanin itself shows free radical properties Pray.

The biosynthesis of melanin begins with the oxidation of tyrosine, a type of amino acid, into melanosomes of melanocytes and is converted to dihydroxyphenylalanine by tyrosinase, followed by a series of oxidation processes, starting with pheoelanin, It is formed of a polymer of eumelanin. This biosynthesis process is carried out in a special form of melanocyte in the brown intracellular organelle. The melanomas, including melanin granules, migrate from the nucleus to the tip of the dendritic process, and migrate into the cytoplasm by phagocytosis of keratinocytes. It accumulates around the nucleus.

The synthesis of melanin, the number of melanosomes, and the migration to keratinocytes in the periphery are partially affected by hormones and ultraviolet rays, and are primarily affected by genetics. In addition, it is known that tyrosinase expression, melanin synthesis, and intracellular regulatory factors such as cytokine, metal ions such as copper, zinc and iron, and interferon, prostaglandin, and histamine are involved.

Meanwhile, in recent years, many cosmetics companies are making efforts to develop skin whitening ingredients, and the active ingredients obtained through fermentation are also applied to products.

For example, there is a case where a cosmetic composition is provided using a fermentation broth produced using a fermented product of Bacillus subtilis, which is used in representative fermented foods such as chonggukjang and natto. These fermented liquids have advantages of degradation of skin irritation due to decomposition of stimulating substances by microorganisms or conversion into other substances, and fermentation products by microorganisms are also widely used because they have a good effect on skin.

Tillandsia usneoides used as an active ingredient in the composition of the present invention is a plant of pineapple, and is known to originate in South America such as southeastern United States, Argentina, and Chile. It grows by climbing dead tree trunks, and has excellent ability to retain moisture and nutrients in leaves. At the same time, it is attracting attention as a plant that absorbs fine dust and heavy metals in the air and purifies the air. The small scale structure of leaves effectively absorbs heavy metals such as fine dust, lead, copper and zinc in the air, and is effective for air purification. The stem is dense with thin and long gray leaves 2-6cm long, and leaves are covered with small scales. Water is trapped between these scales, which absorb water, its nutrients, and heavy metals in the air. Absorbed water and nutrients are transported through the water tubes and gutters in the scales to various parts of the plant. Because of these characteristics, roots do not function and can survive without soil.

However, the researches on the role of air purification are currently being conducted, and the research as a whitening cosmetic composition is limited.

The fermented milk tillering fermentation broth used in the present invention is a fermented fermented milk tilland obtained by culturing barley tillandiae using yeast or lactic acid bacteria.

Yeast cells used in the fermentation of barbitum tilandia according to the present invention belong to eukaryotic microorganisms (nuclear and cytoplasmic organisms separated by nuclear membranes) and have cell organelles such as cell walls, cell membranes, nuclei, mitochondria, and granules.
