Abstract
본 발명에 의한 전극막 접합체용 이형지는 표면에 전극이 코팅되는 제1필름; 및 상기 제1필름의 이면에 접합되고, 상기 제1필름 보다 큰 인장강도를 가진 제2필름;을 포함하고, 상기 제1필름은 비점착성 및 이형성을 가진 PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene)재질로 이루어질 수 있다.

- 전극막 접합체를 제조할 때 이용되는 이형지로서,
이형성을 가진 재질로 이루어진 제1필름; 및
상기 제1필름의 이면에 접합되고, 상기 제1필름의 인장강도 보다 큰 인장강도를 가진 제2필름;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1필름은 비점착성 및 이형성을 가진 PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene)재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1필름은 복수의 미세기공을 가진 PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene)재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2필름은 PET(Polyethylene terephthalat), PEN(Polyethylene naphthalate), PI(Polyimide), POM(Polyoxymethylene) 중에서 적어도 어느 하나의 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2필름은 유기용매에 반응하지 않는 내수축성을 가진 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1필름과 제2필름은 점착제 또는 접착제에 의해 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 청구항 6에 있어서,

상기 점착제 또는 접착제는 아크릴 계열, 에폭시 계열, 실리콘 계열 중에서 적어도 어느 하나의 계열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지. - 전극막 접합체를 제조할 때 이용되는 이형지를 제조하는 이형지의 제조방법으로,
제1필름 및 상기 제1필름 보다 높은 인장강도를 가진 제2필름을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 제1필름의 이면에 상기 제2필름을 열과 압력을 가하여 접합하는 접합단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지의 제조방법. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 준비단계와 접합단계 사이에 상기 제1필름과 상기 제2필름 사이에 점착제 또는 접착제를 도포하는 도포단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형지의 제조방법. - 이형성을 가진 재질로 이루어진 제1필름 및 상기 제1필름의 인장강도 보다 큰 인장강도를 가진 제2필름이 접합된 이형지를 준비한 후에, 상기 이형지의 제1필름의 표면에 전극을 형성하는 전극 형성단계;
상기 전극이 형성된 이형지를 한 쌍의 롤 프레스로 연속적으로 이송하는 이형지 이송단계; 및
상기 한 쌍의 롤 프레스 사이에 상기 이형지의 전극을 전해질막에 접합하는 전극 접합단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극막 접합체의 제조방법.
