Description

도3은 2개의 하우징부를 서로 조립하기 전의 도1 및 도2에 도시된 플러그 커넥터의 단면도이다.
도4는 2개의 하우징부를 서로 조립한 후의 도1 및 도2에 도시된 플러그 커넥터의 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 단일코어 절연 케이블(301, 302, 303, 304)을 접촉 고정시키는 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)에 전기 전도 방식으로 연결되는, 하우징에 배치된 적어도 하나의 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)를 가지는 플러그 커넥터(10)에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 단일코어 절연 케이블이 변위절연 접촉부를 관통하는 플러그 방향(R)에서 접촉 고정되도록, 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)는 상기 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)에 대하여 상기 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)의 상기 플러그 방향(R)에서 90°만큼 오프셋되어 배치되는,
플러그 커넥터(10). - 제1항에 있어서,
지지부(405)가 상기 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)와 일체로 연결되어 상기 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소로부터 멀어지는 측상에 배치되고, 상기 지지부 상에 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)가 90°만큼 회전되어 배치되어 있는,
플러그 커넥터(10). - 제2항에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 클램핑(clamping)요소(440)는 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)로부터 멀어지는 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)의 측에서 상기 지지부(405) 상에 형성되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 단일코어 절연 케이블(301, 302, 303, 304)이 접촉 및 고정된 상태에서 상기 클램핑요소는 스트레인 릴리프(strain relief)를 형성하도록 그 절연체를 클램핑하는,
플러그 커넥터(10). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410), 상기 지지부(405), 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 클램핑요소(440)는 단일천공부를 형성하는,
플러그 커넥터(10). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 서로에게로 슬라이딩 가능하고 상기 적어도 하나의 단일코어 절연 케이블의 동시 접촉 및 고정에 의하여 상호 잠금이 가능한 2개의 하우징부(100, 200)를 가지는,
플러그 커넥터(10). - 제5항에 있어서,
90°만큼 회전된 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)와 함께 상기 적어도 하나의 스프링 또는 블레이드 접촉요소(410)와 상기 변위절연 접촉부에 후속하는 상기 적어도 하나의 클램핑요소(440)는 제1 하우징부(100)에 배치되고, 접촉 고정될 상기 적어도 하나의 단일코어 절연 케이블(301, 302, 303, 304)은 상기 2개의 하우징부(100, 200)가 서로에게로 슬라이딩하기 전에 상기 적어도 하나의 변위절연 접촉부(430)상에 놓여지도록 제2 하우징부(200)의 케이블 덕트(duct)에 배치되는,
