Abstract

The present invention discloses a composition for antioxidation using an extract of Huaculi or a fermented product, which has been confirmed to have an excellent antioxidative activity by the DPPH method (Nature 181: 1198-1200, 1958).

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a composition for antioxidation,

The invention hwangchil tree (Dendropanax morbifera ) extract or a fermented product thereof.

The evergreen broad-leaved tree belonging to Araliaceae is native only in southern part of South Korea such as Haenam Wando in the world and in Jeju-do, and it does not fall in winter. .

Hwangchil has been used since ancient times as a rare paint that emits gold of the emperor's armor, helmet and other metal ornaments.

In addition to these paint functions, Huangchil has a neuro-stabilizing effect as a benzodiazide (Lee Young-min, Jangheung County Agricultural Technology Center, 2012), and it is said that Ishin's basal gangmok is effective for burning removal, eye quality and burn treatment, paralysis, leprosy, Its roots and stems have been known to have efficacy in the treatment of migraine, hypertension, dysentery, migraine, and menstrual irregularities (J. Korean Soc. Agric. Chem. Biotechnol. 43: 63-66, 2000). In addition, it is known that β-selinene belonging to sesquiperpenes is the most abundant in the Hwaseongchil, and capnellane-8-one is the most abundant in the latter (J. J. Biotechnol. Bioeng. 10: 393-400, 1995) .

Recently, physiological activities such as skin whitening activity, anticancer activity, anti-inflammatory activity, hangover resolution function, and vineyard activity of Hwacheon-gil extract have been reported (Park, Soo Ae et al., Korean Society for Microbiology Biotechnology 41 (4): 407-415, 2013 , Korea Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2014-0070470, Korean Registered Patent No. 1283775), health supplements, food additives and the like (Korea Patent No. 1162699; Korean Patent No. 1333007).

< Experimental Example > Antioxidant activity evaluation experiment

The antioxidant activity was measured by the Blois method, which measures the radical scavenging effect of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). The DPPH solution was prepared by dissolving about 2 mg of DPPH in 15 mL of ethanol. To 12 mL of this solution was added 6.25 mL of DMSO, and then UV-Vis of the control group at a wavelength of 517 nm. It was diluted with ethanol to an absorbance of 0.94-0.97 and shaken for 10 seconds. To 1 mL of solvent, 1 mg of fermentation extract was mixed with 1 mg of 6 points, and the resulting solution was sufficiently dissolved. Then, 50 μL of the sample solution was added to 450 μL of DPPH prepared and allowed to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes, and the absorbance was measured at 517 nm. The concentration of the sample (IC 50 ) when the absorbance of DPPH was reduced by 50% was indicated, and each sample was repeated three times to obtain an average value. The results are shown in [Table 2] to [Table 4] below.
