Description

[0002] Snack Transfer Apparatus [0003]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a pastry conveying apparatus, and more particularly, to a pastry conveying apparatus using a hopper having a slanted shape.

In the dough molding apparatus, the dough is molded into a specific shape, and the molded dough is fried to produce a confection.

Then, the produced cookie is transferred to the next process through the transfer device for the next process. At this time, the cake produced first flows through the hopper, and the conventional hopper is a tubular shape that becomes narrower toward the lower portion extending vertically as shown in FIG.

However, when the conventional hopper is vertically extended and becomes narrower toward the lower part, if a viscous confectioner or a large amount of confectionery is introduced, the confectioners themselves clump up the exits as shown in FIG. 2, It is troublesome to break down the center of confluent sweets and solve the rickety phenomenon.

And a conveying module disposed at a lower portion of the hopper, the conveying module including a plurality of baskets for conveying the cookies by circulating the cookies,

Wherein the hopper comprises: an inflow portion provided in a tubular shape into which the confection is introduced; And a supply part coupled to a lower part of the inflow part and having an upper surface corresponding to a shape of the inflow part lower surface and having a narrower width toward a lower surface so as to supply the sweets to the transfer module.

The planar shape of the inflow portion may be polygonal or circular.

The center of the upper surface of the inflow portion and the center of the lower surface of the supply portion may be spaced from each other in plan view.

In addition, a portion where the width of the supply portion is narrowest may be disposed adjacent to an outer side of the outer surface of the inflow portion in a plan view.

The inflow portion may include a plate-shaped guide member that is inclined toward a central portion of the inflow portion so that the confection can be stably introduced into one side of the inflow portion; And a release preventing member disposed horizontally spaced apart from the lower side of the guide in the direction of the central portion of the inflow portion and formed in a plate shape to prevent the cookies passing through the guide from going out of the inflow portion.

Also, the supply unit may include a control door provided at one side of the lower surface and adjusting a size of a discharge port through which the sweets formed on the lower surface are supplied to the transfer module. A moving shaft coupled to an upper portion of the control door to move the control door in a vertical direction to adjust the amount of the cookies supplied to the moving module; And a lever disposed on the upper portion of the adjusting door and coupled to the moving shaft to rotate the moving shaft to fix and release the moving shaft.

One side of the inflow portion into which the confection is introduced and the discharge port may be arranged to face each other in a plane.

Furthermore, the hopper may further include a cover for covering an upper portion of the inflow portion to prevent inflow of foreign matter.

The lower surface of the cover corresponds to the shape of the upper surface of the inflow portion, and the upper surface may have a dome shape.

The upper portion of the cover may be made of a transparent material so that the inside of the inlet can be seen.

In addition, the feeding module may include a weight sensor for measuring the weight of the cookie so as to quantify the weight of the cookie contained in the basket.

According to the pastry conveying device according to the embodiment of the present invention,

First, unlike the prior art, if a viscous confectioner or a large amount of confectionery having a lowered inclined hopper is provided, the confluence of the confectioners does not occur so that the delay of the process in the production line can be prevented.

Secondly, the guide member provided in the hopper can induce stable inflow of the introduced sweets into the central portion of the inflow portion, and the sweets to be discarded can be reduced.

Third, the separation preventing member provided in the hopper prevents the cake passing through the guide member from going out of the hopper, and allows the sweets to flow to a desired point according to the position of the separation preventing member, thereby performing an efficient process.

Fourth, by using the moving shaft provided at the lower part of the hopper, the control door can be moved to adjust the size of the discharge port through which the sweets are passed, so that the supply amount of the sweets supplied to the transfer module can be controlled.

Fifth, since the movable shaft can be fixed and released by the lever coupled to the moving shaft, malfunction of the adjusting door during the process can be prevented, and the size of the discharging opening can be easily adjusted.

Sixth, the one side where the inflow part of confection is introduced and the discharge port are arranged so as to face each other in a plane, and the path of moving the confectionery can be minimized, thereby improving the efficiency of the work.

Seventh, a cover is provided on the upper part of the hopper to prevent foreign substances flowing into the hopper, and thus the process of transferring the sweets can be cleanly and hygienically managed.

Eighth, since the upper part of the cover is made of a transparent material, it is easy to check the inside of the hopper, so that the operation progress of the inside of the hopper can be immediately checked.

Ninth, the transfer module circulates a plurality of baskets containing cakes and transfers the cakes to the next process step, so that it is possible to know how many cycles the entire basket has circulated, so that the workload on the day can be easily grasped.

In the tenth, since the weight sensor can measure the amount of the sweets contained in the basket, the amount of the sweets contained in the basket can be set to a predetermined amount, thereby preventing the sweets from overflowing from the basket.
