도 2은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 본 발명의 로프를 이용한 뜸부기 양식방법(도 2a) 및 수중시멘트로 제조된 돌을 이용한 뜸부기 양식방법(도 2b)를 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (4)
- 뜸부기를 5 내지 10 cm 간격으로 그물망에 이식시키는 뜸부기 이식 단계; 및 상기 그물망에 이식시킨 뜸부기를 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 인 대비 질소 비(N/P 비)가 25 내지 29이고, 평균 수온이 13.4℃ 내지 13.6℃이며, 클로로필 a(chlorophyll a, chl a)의 함량이 0.25 μmol/L 내지 0.35 μmol/L 인 조건에서 뜸부기를 양식하는 단계
를 포함하는 뜸부기의 복원방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양식하는 단계는 상기 뜸부기를 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 NH4 +의 함량이 0.52 μmol/L 내지 0.54 μmol/L이며, 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 NO3 -의 함량이 1.2 μmol/L 내지 1.3 μmol/L이고, 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 PO4 3 -의 함량이 0.13 μmol/L 내지 0.15 μmol/L인 조건에서 양식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뜸부기 복원방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 양식하는 단계는 상기 뜸부기를 상기 뜸부기 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 인 대비 질소 비(N/P 비)가 26.9 내지 27.1이고, 상기 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 클로로필 a의 함량이 0.28 μmol/L 내지 0.30 μmol/L이며, 상기 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 NH4 +의 함량이 0.525 μmol/L 내지 0.535 μmol/L이고, 상기 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 NO3 -의 함량이 1.23 μmol/L 내지 1.25 μmol/L이며, 상기 양식 개시일로부터 40일 동안 평균 PO4 3 -의 함량이 0.135 μmol/L 내지 0.141 μmol/L이고, 평균 수온이 13.4℃ 내지 13.6℃인 조건에서 뜸부기를 양식하는 방법으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뜸부기의 복원방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 뜸부기 이식 단계의 그물망은 가로줄의 지름이 13 mm 내지 15 mm이고, 세로줄의 지름이 2.5 mm 내지 3.5 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 뜸부기의 복원방법.
