Description

CONVEYOR DEVICE

The present invention relates to a conveyor apparatus.

BACKGROUND ART [0002] Generally, a belt conveyor device is a device for conveying a conveyance through driving of a belt, and is used throughout the industrial field. In particular, it is used as a device for conveying raw materials, fuel, and the like in a steelworks.

The belt conveyor apparatus has a belt for performing an endless track motion, and the raw material is loaded on a belt and transported to a necessary position. In this process, a return roller and a side roller are used so that the conveyed matter loaded on the belt is not unevenly distributed.

The return roller and the side roller are rollers that rotate in contact with the lower portion of the belt, and serve to support the belt. The return rollers are installed parallel to the center of the belt, and the side rollers are inclined on both sides of the return rollers so that the goods can be loaded at the center of the belt.

The return roller and the side rollers are worn by contact with the belt, so that replacement is required periodically. When replacing the rollers, it takes a lot of manpower and time to lift the belt with a large load.

The background art of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2008-0101546 (Nov. 21, 2008, conveyor apparatus).

Embodiments of the present invention provide a conveyor apparatus that is easy to replace rollers.

According to one aspect of the present invention, A roller for supporting the belt; And a bracket for supporting the shaft of the roller, wherein the bracket is formed with a detachable recess for detachably mounting the shaft, the detachable recess having a seat on which the shaft is seated; And a tapered portion extending to the outside of the bracket so as to be widened in width at the seating portion and guiding the shaft to the seating portion.

Wherein the seat portion includes a semi-circular semicircular region on which the bottom surface of the shaft is seated; And a separation preventing region extending in the same width from the semicircular region to the tapered portion.

The radius of the semicircular region may be greater than one half of the diameter of the shaft.

The depth of the separation preventing region may be formed to be one fourth or more of the diameter of the shaft.

The side surface of the tapered portion may be formed to be inclined at an angle of 45 DEG with respect to the side surface of the separation preventing region.

The depth of the desorption groove may be the same as the diameter of the shaft.

The roller having a shaft engaged with the releasable groove; And a rotating body formed on an outer circumferential surface of the shaft and rotated according to movement of the belt.

According to the embodiments of the present invention, the workload and the working time due to roller replacement can be reduced.

Referring to the accompanying drawings, the same or corresponding components are denoted by the same reference numerals, Is omitted.

FIG. 1 is a view showing a conveyor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view showing a partial structure of a conveyor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a conveyor apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a belt 100, a roller 200, and a bracket 300.

The belt 100 is capable of transporting the shipment.

The transported goods conveyed by the belt 100 may be raw materials, fuel, etc. used in steelworks. The belt 100 may be a reversible belt movable in both directions.

The belt 100 can be lifted upward when the roller 200 is replaced.

The roller 200 can support the belt 100.

The roller 200 may be installed in contact with the lower portion of the belt 100. The roller 200 may be rotated as the belt 100 moves.

The rollers 200 may be installed in one or more numbers. When a plurality of rollers 200 are provided, each of the rollers 200 may be rotatably coupled to each other.

The roller 200 may be interlocked or disassembled with respect to the bracket 300.

The roller 200 may include a shaft 210 and a rotating body 230.

The shaft 210 can be detached from the detachable groove 310 to be described later.

The shaft 210 may be integrally formed with the rotating body 230. When the shaft 210 and the rotating body 230 are integrally formed, the shaft 210 may be rotated together with the rotation of the rotating body 230 contacting the belt 100.

The rotating body 230 can be rotated in accordance with the movement of the belt 100.

The rotating body 230 may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft 210. The length of the rotating body 230 may be shorter than the length of the shaft 210. A friction member may be formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating body 230. The rotating body 230 may be cylindrical or the like.

The bracket 300 can support the shaft 210 of the roller 200.

The brackets 300 may be formed as a pair so as to support one roller 200.

Each of the pair of brackets 300 can be engaged with both ends of the shaft 210 of the roller 200.

When the pair of brackets 300 is a pair, each pair of brackets 300 may be installed at the same height, or may be installed at different heights.

A bracket 400 for supporting the bracket 300 may be installed under the bracket 300.

3 is a view illustrating a state in which the shaft 210 is not seated in a removable groove 310 formed in a bracket 300 of a conveyor apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a view illustrating a state in which a shaft 210 is seated in a removable groove 310 formed in a bracket 300 of a conveyor apparatus 10 according to an embodiment.

3 and 4, the bracket 300 may be formed with a removable groove 310 in which the shaft 210 is detachable.

The detachable groove 310 may include a seating portion 330 and a tapered portion 350.

The depth of the detachable groove 310 may be the same as the diameter of the shaft 210. For example, if the diameter of the shaft 210 is R, the depth of the removable groove 310 including the seating portion 330 and the tapered portion 350 may be R. [

The shaft 210 may be seated in the seating part 330.

The seat portion 330 may include a semicircular region 331 and a departure prevention region 333.

The bottom surface of the shaft 210 can be seated in the semicircular area 331.

The radius of the semicircular region 331 may be greater than one half of the diameter of the shaft 210. For example, if the diameter of the shaft 210 is R, then the radius of the semicircular region 331 may be R of 2 minutes or more.

The semicircular region 331 can be fixed so that the shaft 210 to be seated is not easily moved to the left or right.

The separation preventing region 333 can extend from the semicircular region 331 to the tapered portion 350 with the same width.

The depth of the separation preventing region 333 can be formed to be one fourth or more of the diameter of the shaft 210. For example, if the diameter of the shaft 210 is R, the depth of the departure prevention region 333 may be R of 4 minutes or more.

The separation preventing region 333 can prevent the shaft 210 to be seated from being easily separated from the semicircular region 331. [

The tapered portion 350 can guide the shaft 210 to the seat portion 330. [

The tapered portion 350 may extend to the outside of the bracket 300 so that the tapered portion 350 is gradually widened at the seating portion 330. The tapered portion 350 may extend from the seating portion 330 to the outside of the bracket 300 in a 'V' shape.

The side surface of the tapered portion 350 may be formed to be inclined at an angle of 45 DEG with respect to the side surface of the escape prevention region 333. [ Here, the side surface of the departure-avoidance area 333 may be a surface extending in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface.

As described above, according to the conveyor apparatus 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the roller 200 is replaced, the shaft 210 of the roller 200 is widened to be inserted into the removable groove 310 , The shaft 210 is more easily guided to the seating portion 330, so that the roller 200 can be smoothly replaced. The seating portion 330 is formed in the detachable groove 310 to prevent the shaft 210 from being detached from the seating portion 330 and to prevent malfunction of the roller 200. [

Further, since the depth of the detachable groove 310 is formed to be equal to the diameter of the shaft 210, it is possible to replace the roller 200 without lifting the belt 100 up. Accordingly, the workload and the working time can be reduced when the roller 200 is replaced.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the appended claims. The present invention can be variously modified and changed by those skilled in the art, and it is also within the scope of the present invention.
