Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 따른 파우치 전극탭과 절연 테이프의 위치 관계를 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 파우치형 이차 전지의 파우치와 겹치는 부분(220)의 끝단의 단면도를 나타낸 것이다.

300 : 파우치
Claims (6)
- 전극탭이 접합된 전극 조립체;
상기 전극탭의 일부가 외부로 돌출되도록 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 파우치; 및
상기 전극탭과 상기 파우치가 교차되는 부위에 상기 전극탭을 감싸는 절연 테이프를 포함하며,
상기 절연 테이프는 그 너비가 상기 전극탭의 너비 보다 넓게 형성되고,
상기 절연 테이프의 파우치와 겹치지 않는 부분은 양 끝단과 전극탭 사이를 전극탭의 길이 방향으로 파우치까지 절개되어 형성된 파우치 접합부를 포함하고,
상기 파우치 접합부는 파우치쪽으로 접혀 파우치에 접합되는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 파우치 접합부는 상부 접합부 및 하부 접합부를 포함하고, 상기 접합부는 파우치 상부에 접합되며, 상기 하부 접합부는 파우치 하부에 접합되는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 파우치 접합부는 접착제 또는 열융착으로 파우치에 접합되는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 절연 테이프의 파우치와 겹치는 부분은 양 끝단으로 갈수록 두께가 작아지는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 절연 테이프의 파우치와 겹치는 부분은 양 끝단으로 갈수록 두께가 작아지는 적어도 하나의 단차를 구비하는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 절연 테이프는 나일론, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나로 형성되는, 파우치형 이차 전지.
