Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to public toilets

The present invention relates to a public toilet managing apparatus, and more particularly, to a public toilet environment and culture by automatically opening and closing a toilet cover and notifying a public toilet user and an administrator of a clogged state or failure state of the toilet And more particularly, to a public toilet management apparatus using intelligent communication.

Unlike the toilet in the home, the public toilet is used by many unspecified persons due to the nature of the installation site, and therefore, the interior thereof is congested and filthy, so that it tends to be avoided.

Of course, the cleanliness of public toilets is getting better in recent years, but there are still problems in hygiene compared to the restrooms in the home. In other words, because many people use it, if systematic management is not done, it gets dirty easily, which is not good for cosmetics and gives a discomfort to users.

Therefore, in order to operate the public toilet cleanly, it is necessary to visit and check the toilet regularly, etc. and take the necessary measures directly. However, in the present system, the user can not know the abnormal condition of the toilet, and even if the toilet is clogged or broken, the user had to feel uncomfortable because he could not enter the toilet without knowing the state of the toilet. This is because the administrator can not control the use of the toilet when an abnormality occurs while checking the abnormality of the toilet in real time.

Such clogging or failure of the toilet is expected to occur more frequently as the trash can is removed from the toilet. In other words, it is known to remove the trash that is stored in the toilet, similar to the internal environment of a foreign toilet, in order to maintain the public toilet more comfortably.

On the other hand, the public toilet is used by an unspecified number of people as described above. It is inevitable that the cleanliness inside the toilet is bad. That is, when the toilet is not used, if the toilet cover is opened, foreign substances are injected into the toilet and the cleanliness deteriorates. In some cases, the toilet may be clogged due to foreign substances. In addition, if the toilet cover is open, the toilet cover may become dirty, so that the next user has the trouble of cleaning the toilet cover with a toilet paper or the like, and there is a problem that the toilet paper is unnecessarily consumed.

Therefore, when the toilet is not used, it is necessary to maintain the closed state of the toilet cover so that the convenience of the user is maintained. A device for disinfecting the toilet cover with the toilet cover closed as required can also be proposed.

Korean Utility Model Registration Bulletin 20-0209445 (Oct. 26, 2000)

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a public toilet management apparatus using object intelligence communication for automatically opening / closing a toilet cover by sensing whether a toilet user uses a toilet.

Another object of the present invention is to classify and judge the clogged state and the failure state of the toilet, and also to notify the manager of each state to enable immediate coping.

Yet another object of the present invention is to enable the toilet user to recognize the clogging or failure of the toilet.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for detecting a user in a toilet, A second sensor for sensing a level in the toilet bowl; And a control unit for judging that the toilet is in a blockage state or a failure state when the water level in the toilet is higher or lower than a preset range of the predetermined basic water quantity (h) as a result of the detection by the first sensor or the second sensor A public toilet management apparatus using intelligent communication is provided.

The first sensor is installed on the ceiling of the toilet, and the second sensor is installed on the inner surface of the toilet lid facing the inside of the toilet.

As a result of the sensing of the first sensor, the toilet lid is opened when the user is sensed, and is closed when the user is not sensed.

A communication terminal for receiving and displaying the clogged state or the failure state of the toilet through the wired / wireless communication unit, and an information display unit installed at the toilet door.

The control unit determines a normal operation state of the first sensor and the second sensor using the request / response signal with the first sensor and the second sensor.

The public toilet managing apparatus using the intelligent communication according to the present invention has the following effects.

First, the present invention automatically opens and closes the toilet cover according to the presence or absence of a user. Accordingly, the user can reduce the operation of cleaning the toilet cover with the toilet paper, thereby saving the toilet paper. In addition, the toilet cover is always closed, and it is automatically closed even when draining, so that microorganisms (bacteria) can be prevented from splashing into the toilet space outside the toilet, or the microorganism (bacteria) virus can be prevented from entering into the toilet.

Further, the present invention can accurately identify not only the clogged state of the toilet but also the failure state by using the water level information in the toilet. This allows the administrator to quickly prepare the equipment needed to deal with the clogged or faulty condition of the toilet, allowing for quick follow-up.

In addition, since the clogged state or the failure state information of the toilet is displayed on the information display unit of the toilet door, the user of the toilet can prevent the user from feeling unpleasant beforehand. Therefore, comfortable toilets are available.

The present invention automatically opens and closes the toilet cover of a public toilet, notifies the administrator of the failure or blockage state of the toilet correctly, and displays it to the user so that the public toilet to be used by the unspecified majority can be cleanly managed So that it is a technical feature.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a public toilet managing apparatus using object intelligence communication according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is an overall system configuration diagram of a public toilet managing apparatus using object intelligence communication according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, a public toilet managing apparatus 100 includes a toilet 110 provided in a toilet. The toilet 110 refers to a general toilet. A toilet seat on which a user sits (i.e., a toilet seat cover), a seat supporting the toilet seat, a toilet cover selectively covering the toilet cover, and the like.

However, the present embodiment provides a structure in which the toilet cover 112 (see Figs. 2 and 3) is opened or closed depending on the presence or absence of a user. Specifically, according to a sensor operation to be described later, the toilet cover 112 is raised when the user is sensed, and is closed when the user is not sensed. Although not shown in the drawings, a structure in which one end of the toilet lid 112 is pivoted by the driving force of the driving motor in a state in which it is hinged to the toilet side. When the driving motor is integrally formed with the toilet, the driving shaft of the driving motor is connected to the hinge shaft. If the driving motor is formed separately from the toilet, And it should be a structure that transmits power.

A first sensor 120 for detecting a user in an individual toilet and a water level in the toilet, and a second sensor 130 for sensing only the water level in the toilet. The mounting positions of the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first sensor 120 is installed in the toilet ceiling corresponding to the inside of the toilet. Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the second sensor 130 is installed on the inner surface of the toilet lid 112. Thus, if the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 are configured, even if any one of the sensors fails to operate normally, at least the clogging or failure of the toilet can be detected.

In the meantime, the present embodiment can detect not only the state where the toilet is clogged but also the clogging of the toilet and the state of the toilet. This is performed by the control unit 140. That is, depending on the height of the water level inside the toilet, clogging of the toilet and water supply failure of the toilet can be judged.

This will be described in detail. The internal volume of the toilet always maintains a constant quantity. In the embodiment, this is referred to as 'basic quantity (h)'. If the water level in the toilet exceeds the basic water quantity h, it is judged as a blockage state. On the other hand, when the water level in the toilet does not reach the basic water quantity h, it is judged to be in a failure state. Here, the quantity ('first quantity') judged to be in a clogged state and the quantity judged to be in a failure state ('second quantity') may not accurately estimate how much the quantity is larger or smaller than the basic quantity (h) . For example, a quantity determined as the first quantity and the second quantity may be preset and provided. Therefore, if the water quantity is measured to a certain extent, it is judged as a blockage state. On the contrary, if the water quantity is measured to some extent, the water supply apparatus can judge that the back condition is broken. Alternatively, the first water quantity and the second water quantity may be set to the same value as the basic water quantity (h) and the second water quantity to the basic water quantity (h).

The controller 140 also determines whether the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 operate. The first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 periodically transmit and receive a request / response signal and determine whether the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 operate normally according to whether a response signal is received do. The control unit 140 may also be configured to transmit information to the communication terminal 160 described below or to display the information on the information display unit 170 as a result of detection of the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130, . The control unit 140 also hinges on the toilet lid 112 according to the sensing operation of the first sensor 120. The control unit 140 may be provided for each toilet or a single controller for managing a plurality of toilet seats.

On the other hand, the controller 140 may apply the result values detected by the first sensor 120 and the second sensor 130 as they are, or only when the predetermined time has elapsed. In this case, a timer (not shown) for counting time may be configured. That is, if the toilet clogging information or the failure information is received only within the preset time, it is regarded as a normal state. On the other hand, if the toilet clogging information and the failure information are continuously received beyond the set time, the administrator is notified. This is to prevent the information from being notified to the manager when the toilet is not substantially clogged or broken. The setting time is preferably set by experiment.

And an information display unit 170 installed at a toilet door. The information display unit 170 can display characters, pictures, and the like by various methods, for example, an LED electric signboard. For example, FIG. 4 shows an example in which the user indicates that the toilet is clogged. This allows the user to know in advance that the toilet can not be used.

A wired / wireless communication unit 150 for transmitting the clogging of the toilet or toilet malfunction information to the communication terminal 160 of the manager and the information display unit 170 according to the control operation of the controller 140. Here, the communication terminal 160 may include not only a mobile communication terminal such as a smart phone but also a computer terminal capable of wireless Internet.

Next, a working embodiment of the public toilet managing apparatus configured as described above will be described together with reference to FIG.

First, it is the initial state (s100). In this state, the first quantity and the second quantity are set, and the toilet lid 112 refers to the closed state. The first quantity and the second quantity are the values set by the manager. The first sensor 120 senses the user who uses the toilet at any time. Of course, in this case, the toilet cover 112 is closed and the second sensor 130 does not transmit any signal to the controller 140 because the water level in the toilet is sensing as a basic quantity.

The first sensor 120 senses the toilet user (s102). Since the first sensor 120 is installed on the ceiling of the toilet, the sensing operation can detect the user who has entered the toilet. At this time, the first sensor 120 can sense various information such as a user's bio-signal, heat, sound, motion information, etc., indicating that the user is present in the toilet.

When the first sensor 120 senses the user, the sensing signal is transmitted to the controller 140. Then, the control unit 140 drives the driving motor to open the toilet cover. Thus, the toilet cover 112 is hinge-driven to be opened and the toilet cover is exposed (s104).

The first sensor 120 continuously senses the user. No action occurs during detection.

If the user does not go out of the toilet and is not sensed (s106), the control unit 140 performs the operation of driving the driving motor again so as to close the toilet cover 112. [ Then, the toilet cover is closed (s108). Thus, water is supplied from the water tank to the inside of the toilet. At this time, the user can operate the handle (button) to lower the toilet water directly. When the handle is operated, the controller 140 performs an operation of closing the toilet lid even if there is a user in the toilet.

When the toilet cover is closed as described above, the second sensor 130 mounted on the toilet cover senses the level in the toilet (S110). Detection is to detect how much the current quantity is relative to the original set quantity (h).

According to the detection result of the second sensor 130, the normal state, the clogged state of the toilet, or the failure state of the toilet are determined. In the case of the normal state, that is, when the quantity in the toilet is the basic quantity (h), the apparatus returns to the initial state again. On the other hand, if the quantity measured by the second sensor 130 is greater than the basic quantity h, that is, the first quantity is sensed in step 112, or is less than the basic quantity h in step 114, 2, the control unit 130 operates the timer.

Thereafter, in step 116, it is counted whether the first quantity or the second quantity is continuously detected for a preset time. If the detection signal does not exceed the preset time and the detection signal becomes the basic quantity (h), it returns to the initial state. On the other hand, if the detection signal continues to be detected in the first or second quantity even if the preset time is exceeded, the controller 140 judges that the toilet is in a clogged state or a broken state.

As a result, the control unit 140 transmits corresponding information to the communication terminal 160 of the administrator and the information display unit 170 installed at the toilet door through the wired / wireless communication unit 150 (s118).

At this time, when the control unit 140 transmits information to the communication terminal 160, the control unit 140 transmits the unique number of the corresponding toilet together. The number includes the place where the toilet is installed, the building, and the specific toilet location information. Accordingly, the administrator can quickly confirm through the communication terminal 160 of his / her own, that any toilet is blocked or a water supply failure state in which no water is supplied to the toilet. Thus, the manager can quickly take care of the toilet. Meanwhile, the control unit transmits information corresponding to the information display unit 170. For example, when the toilet bowl is clogged, the 'clogging' information is displayed through the information display unit 170 as shown in FIG. Use of the toilet is limited.

If a follow-up action such as toilet repair is performed (S120), the information is deleted in the information display unit 170. [ Then, the initial state returns, and the above-described process is continuously repeated.

On the other hand, in the closed state of the toilet lid 112, the second sensor 130 senses the water level in the toilet, and the water can be continuously supplied in the case where the toilet is clogged. In this case, the toilet cover 112 is in a closed state, so that the second sensor 130 may come into contact with the toilet water, or may be partially or wholly locked. Accordingly, in this embodiment, the control unit 140 may consider a method of automatically shutting off the water supply when the water level in the toilet bowl reaches the first water level. There may be a way to block the water supply line or to adjust the water level by operating the handle to lower the toilet water.

Also, in the present embodiment, only the information such as the clogging and the failure state is displayed on the information display unit 170, and further, the failure recovery time information can be displayed. For example, when the manager transmits the available time to the control unit 140 of the toilet which is in the blocked state or the failed state via the communication terminal 160, the control unit 140 may display the available time information on the information display unit 170 will be. The user will then be able to know when the toilet is being used.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the toilet cover is opened and closed according to the presence or absence of a user, and based on the water level information in the toilet, it is possible to accurately determine whether the toilet is clogged or faulty due to insufficient water supply, And provides a comfortable toilet environment and culture in accordance with providing information through a toilet door as a technical point.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. It will be apparent that modifications, variations and equivalents of other embodiments are possible. Therefore, the true scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
