Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 쇽업소버에서 설정 값 이상의 충격이 발생했을 때 프리 피스톤이 제2유로를 개방한 상태를 보여주기 위한 정단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 쇽업소버에서 완충부재를 적용한 상태를 보여주기 위한 정단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 쇽업소버에서 정상 노면과 충격 발생시의 감쇠력 차이를 보여주기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (8)
- 유체가 충전되는 내튜브 및 외튜브와, 상기 내튜브 내에서 압축챔버와 인장 챔버로 구분하며 외력에 의해 압축과 인장 행정을 하는 피스톤 밸브와, 상기 내튜브와 상기 외튜브 사이에 형성된 저장실과, 상기 압축챔버의 하부에 바디 밸브가 설치되는 쇽업소버에 있어서,
상기 내튜브의 하부에 형성되어, 상기 바디 밸브의 하부에 위치된 유압챔버와 상기 저장실을 연결하는 연결유로; 및
상기 유압챔버 내에서 상실과 하실로 구분하며, 외부에서 충격이 전달되는 경우 위치를 달리하여, 상기 저장실과 상기 상실을 연결하는 상기 연결유로의 단면적을 가변하는 프리 피스톤;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연결유로는,
상기 내튜브의 하부에 관통형성되어, 상기 상실과 상기 저장실을 상시 연결하는 제1유로 및,
상기 제1유로의 하부에 관통형성되어, 상기 피스톤 밸브의 압축 행정시 상기 프리 피스톤의 상하 이동에 의해 개폐되는 제2유로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제2유로는,
상기 제1유로보다 작은 단면적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 프리 피스톤은,
상기 피스톤 밸브가 설정된 압축 행정 길이를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 제2유로와 상기 상실을 연결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유압챔버 내에는,
상기 피스톤 밸브의 인장 행정시 상기 프리 피스톤을 원래의 위치로 상승 위치시키기 위한 탄성부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 프리 피스톤은,
상기 탄성부재에 의해 상기 제1유로와 상기 제2유로의 사이 간격으로 상승 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 탄성부재는,
상기 상실 내에서 상기 바디 밸브의 하단과 상기 프리 피스톤의 상단에 각각 연결되는 제1스프링 및,
상기 하실 내에서 바닥면과 상기 프리 피스톤의 하단에 각각 연결되는 제2스프링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하실의 바닥면과 상기 프리 피스톤의 상면에는,
충돌시 충격을 완충하기 위한 완충부재가 각각 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇽업소버.
