도 2는 도 1의 라인 II-II을 따라 절단된 단면을 도시하고 있고,
도 3은 외장을 구비한 파이프 라인의 내부 파이프를 개략적으로 도시하고 있고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 파이프 라인의 절단면을 확대하여 도시하고 있다.
Claims (2)
- 압력 하의 유동 매체를 운반하기 위한 가요성 파이프 라인으로서, 종방향에 대해 횡방향으로 주름진 금속으로 구성되고 서로 거리를 두고 환형 갭을 가지도록 동심으로 배열되는 내부 파이프(1) 및 외부 파이프(2)를 포함하고, 상기 파이프들 사이의 환형 갭에는 진공 단열이 제공되는 가요성 파이프 라인에 있어서,
- 상기 내부 파이프(1)의 외부에는 견고한 외장이 제공되고, 상기 외장은 상기 내부 파이프(1)의 두 단부에서 상기 내부 파이프와 단단하게 연결되며,
- 상기 외장은 견고한 스트랜드들(4, 5)로 구성되고, 상기 스트랜드들은 서로 반대 방향으로 겹쳐진 적어도 두 개의 층이 나선형으로 상기 내부 파이프(1)에 감겨 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파이프 라인. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스트랜드들(4, 5)은 스테인리스 강으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 파이프 라인.
