Claims (5)
- 암모늄 포메이트, 요소, 무수에탄올, 폴리에틸렐글리콜 및 물을 교반하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계(단계 1);
상기 혼합물의 먼지 및 이물질을 여과하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 여과한 혼합물의 금속이온 및 불순물을 제거하는 단계(단계 3);
를 포함하는 요소수의 동결방지용 첨가제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 1에서,
암모늄 포메이트 30~85중량%, 요소 5~30중량%, 무수에탄올 0.1~5중량%, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 0.1~5중량% 및 물 5~50중량%를 10~20℃에서 1~2시간 동안 교반하는 요소수의 동결방지용 첨가제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2에서,
상기 혼합물을 마이크로필터의 여과입도 1 마이크론 이하인 마이크로필터를 이용하여 먼지 및 이물질을 여과하는 요소수의 동결방지용 첨가제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3에서,
상기 여과한 혼합물을 양이온교환수지 및 음이온교환수지를 이용하여 금속이온 및 불순물을 제거하는 요소수의 동결방지용 첨가제의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 요소수의 동결방지용 첨가제.
