Description

흡수 용품{ABSORBENT ARTICLE}
본 발명은 관통 연장된 개구를 가진 흡수 코어를 포함하는 생리대 또는 실금 패드와 같은 흡수 용품에 관한 것이다.
보통의 속옷 안에 착용되는 종류의 흡수 용품은 성인 실금이나 여성용의 흡수 냅킨 또는 흡수 패드를 포함한다.
냅킨 또는 패드는 일반적으로 체액을 수용하고 보유할 수 있는 흡수 코어와 함께 제공된다. 이러한 흡수 용품이 효과적으로 기능하려면 흡수 코어가 적용 지점으로부터 그 구조에 체액을 신속히 획득한 다음 흡수 코어 내에서 전체적으로 체액을 분포시킴으로써 최대 누출 봉쇄를 제공해야 한다. 이전 인서트로부터의 액체로 국소 영역이 이미 채워져 있는 경향을 나타내므로, 코어 및 코어의 개구와 관련하여 획득/분포층은 후속 인서트가 이전 인서트와 동일한 국소 영역에 지정되었을 때를 지원한다.
이런 종류의 용품은 속옷의 가랑이 부분에서 이용할 수 있는 제한된 공간에 맞는 크기로 구성되어야 하므로, 이 용품의 충분한 흡수 용량이 활용되기 전에 측면 가장자리로 누출할 수 있다는 점이 특히 문제가 된다. 대신 유체는 용품의 탑시트 위를 흘러 측면 가장자리를 지나 흘러나갈 것이며 누출되어 착용자의 의복을 오염시킬 수 있다. 유체가 탑시트의 밖으로 흐를 때 추가의 단점은 신체-접촉 탑시트의 대부분이 젖을 것이라는 점이다. 이것은 용품을 비위생적으로 만들고 착용을 불쾌하게 하므로 당연히 매우 바람직하지 않다.
실금 또는 여성용 냅킨 및 패드와 관련하여 측면 누출 문제를 극복하기 위해서 과거에 많은 노력이 이루어졌다.
WO 2009067059 A1은 이중-사발 모양의 용품을 얻기 위해서 접힌 표시와 형성 요소를 가진 흡수 코어를 포함하는 흡수 용품을 개시한다. 선행기술의 디자인은 측면 누출 문제를 어느 정도 완화할 수 있지만, 속옷의 가랑이 부분에 착용되는 종류의 흡수 용품에 있어서 측면 누출 방어에 대한 추가의 개선은 여전히 상당히 필요하다.
본 발명의 목적은 현재 용품이 가진 언급된 단점을 완화하는 개선된 해결책을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 개선된 측면 누출 방어를 가져오는 국자-모양 용품 형태의 새로운 개선된 모양을 갖는 청구항 제 1 항에 따른 흡수 용품에 관한 것이다. 이러한 국자-모양 물품은 용품의 전체 길이를 따라 개선된 신체-핏을 가진다. 이 용품은 착용자의 가랑이의 곡률을 따를 수 있는 곡선형 전면부와 착용자의 엉덩이와 밀착 접촉을 허용하는 실질적으로 비-곡선형 후면부를 가진다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 생리대 또는 실금 패드 형태의 흡수 용품은 길이방향 측면 가장자리와 횡단방향 단부 가장자리를 가지며, 유체 투과성 탑시트, 유체 불투과성 백시트 및 탑시트와 백시트 사이에 위치된 흡수 코어를 포함한다. 흡수 코어는 길이방향 전면부와 길이방향 후면부를 가진 제1 흡수층을 포함하며, 제1 흡수층은 관통 연장한 개구를 가지고, 개구의 길이방향 길이의 20-50%가 제1 흡수층의 전면부에 위치된다. 유체 흐름 제어 구조가 제1 흡수층과 백시트 사이에 위치되고, 탄성 부재가 흡수 용품의 각 길이방향 측면 가장자리를 따라 배치된다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부가 제1 흡수층의 전면부와 후면부 사이에 위치된다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 너비는 제1 흡수층의 전면부의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75%이다. 제1 흡수층의 전면부는 제1 흡수층의 전체 길이방향 길이의 20-40%를 구성한다. 사이공간이 적어도 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 외측 바깥 영역에서 탄성 부재와 제1 흡수층 사이의 영역에 위치된다.
사이공간은 흡수성 재료를 실질적으로 갖지 않을 수 있으며, 여기서 이것은 어떤 의도적으로 첨가된 흡수성 재료는 없지만, 생산 과정으로부터 유출분은 포함할 수 있음을 의미한다.
사이공간은 탄성 부재의 안쪽의 측면 가장자리와 제1 흡수층의 근위 측면 가장자리 사이에서 적어도 15mm 및 40mm 미만의 최대 외측 연장을 가질 수 있고, 이로써 제1 흡수층의 전면부와 후면부가 실질적으로 직각 관계를 형성할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 각도는 45-90°일 수 있다.

좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 너비는 착용자의 힘줄 뒤에서 개선된 걸림이 얻어지도록 제1 흡수층의 전면부의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 55-70%일 수 있다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 너비는 용품의 개선된 핏을 보장하기 위하여 제1 흡수층의 후면부의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75% 또는 55-70%일 수 있다. 전면부와 후면부의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비는 약 75-170mm일 수 있다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 길이방향 연장은 용품이 적절한 핏을 갖고 사용하는 동안 제자리를 유지하는 것을 더 보장하기 위해 제1 흡수층의 길이방향 길이의 5-20%일 수 있다. 제1 흡수층의 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 너비는 착용자의 힘줄 사이에서 용품의 개선된 핏을 위하여 130mm 미만 및 30mm 초과 또는 90mm 미만 및 50mm 초과일 수 있다. 제1 흡수층의 길이방향 길이는 약 230-400mm일 수 있다.

유체 흐름 제어 부재는 제1 흡수층과 백시트 사이에 배치되지만, 제1 흡수층과 제2 흡수층 사이에 배치될 수도 있다. 제1 흡수층은 탑시트 밑에 직접 접촉하여 위치될 수 있거나, 또는 대안으로 조직층, 획득층 또는 추가 흡수층과 같은 하나 이상의 개재 구성요소를 통해 탑시트와 간접 접촉하여 위치될 수 있다. 유사하게, 제2 흡수층은 유체 흐름 제어 부재 밑에 직접 유체 흐름 제어 구조 및 백시트와 직접 접촉하여 위치될 수 있거나, 또는 개재 구성요소에 의해서 이들 구성요소 중 하나 또는 양자와 간접 접촉하고 있을 수 있다. 유체 흐름 제어 부재를 제1 흡수층과 제2 흡수층 사이에 배치함으로써 그것은 흡수 용품에 채널을 형성하고, 용품의 앞뒤로 유체를 이끈다. 유체 흐름 제어 부재와 흡수 코어 사이의 접촉 면적이 증가하며, 이것은 용품에서 액체의 분포 및 빠른 흡수를 촉진한다.

흡수 용품의 탑시트와 백시트는 이 용품의 전체 외주부를 따라 제1 흡수층의 외측 바깥에서 함께 연장하여 누출 방어를 위해 흡수 코어의 주연부 둘레의 가장자리 접합부에서 서로 연결될 수 있다. 탑시트는 가장자리 장벽을 형성하기 위하여 백시트의 일부를 덮을 수 있다.
탑시트는 취지에 적합한, 즉 연질이며 액체 투과성인 어떤 재료로 구성될 수 있다. 탑시트 재료의 예들은 부직 재료, 천공된 플라스틱 필름, 플라스틱 또는 텍스타일 메시, 및 유체 투과성 폼 층이다. 둘 이상의 탑시트 재료로 구성된 라미네이트도 이용될 수 있으며, 탑시트는 유체 투과성 착용자-대면 표면의 상이한 부분들에서 상이한 재료로 구성된다.
백시트는 유체 불투과성이다. 그러나, 단지 유체 반발성인 백시트 재료가, 예를 들어 비교적 소량의 소변이 흡수될 것으로 예상되는 경우에 특별히 사용될 수 있다. 백시트는 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌과 같은 얇은 가요성 유체-불투과성 플라스틱 필름일 수 있지만, 유체-불투과성 부직 재료, 유체 불투과성 폼 및 유체 불투과성 라미네이트도 본 발명의 범위 내에서 고려된다. 백시트는 통기성일 수 있으며, 이것은 공기 및 증기가 백시트를 통과할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 백시트는 부직포와 같은 텍스타일 재료의 외부 의류-대면 표면을 가질 수 있다.

흡수층은 균질한 구조일 수 있거나, 또는 자체적으로 동일한 또는 상이한 재료의 흡수 라미네이트와 같은 층상 구조일 수 있다. 흡수층은 균일한 두께를 가질 수 있거나, 또는 층의 상이한 부분들에서 두께가 다양할 수 있다. 유사하게, 기본 중량 및 조성이 흡수층 안에서 변할 수 있다. 예로서 흡수층은 흡수성 및/또는 비-흡수성 섬유와 초흡수성 재료의 혼합물을 포함할 수 있으며, 섬유에 대한 초흡수성 재료의 비율은 층에서 다양할 수 있다. 유익하게, 힌지로 작용하는 하나 이상의 압착된 선이 제1 흡수층에 배치될 수 있으며, 이것은 상대적으로 강성이어서 흡수 용품의 접힘을 용이하게 할 수 있다.

탄성 재료, 예를 들어 폼 탄성체의 밴드와 같은 탄성 부재(16)가 탑시트(8)와 백시트(9) 사이에 제1 흡수층(1)의 길이방향 측면 가장자리를 따라 배치된다. 탄성체는, 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)와 후면부(7) 사이에 위치된, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14) 바깥 영역에 위치된다. 사이공간(17)이 탄성 부재(16)와 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14) 사이의 영역에, 즉 제1 흡수층(11)의 좁은 횡단방향 전이부의 외측 바깥에 위치된다. 사이공간(17)은 흡수성 재료를 실질적으로 갖지 않는다. 사이공간(17), 탄성 부재(16) 및 제1 흡수층(11)의 특이적 비대칭 모양은 용품의 특징적인 국자 모양을 가능케 하고, 착용자에 대한 용품의 핏을 개선하여 측면 누출을 감소시킨다. 이로써 탄성 부재(16)는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)와 후면부(17) 사이에서 45-90°의 각도에 기여하도록 일정하게 배치된다.
도 1 및 2는 관통 연장한 개구(12)를 가진 제1 흡수층(11)을 도시한다. 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)가 제1 흡수층(11) 밑에 위치된다. 제1 흡수층(11)은 길이방향 전면부(6)와 길이방향 후면부(7), 및 도 1에서 보여진 대로 전면부(6)와 후면부(7) 사이에 위치된 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)를 가진다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 너비는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75% 및 제1 흡수층의 후면부(7)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75%, 예컨대 65mm이다. 전면부(6) 및 후면부(7)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비는 약 75-170mm, 예컨대 100mm일 수 있다. 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 길이방향 연장은 제1 흡수층(11)의 길이방향 길이의 5-20%이다. 제1 흡수층의 전면부는 제1 흡수층의 길이방향 길이의 20-40%이다. 제1 흡수층(11)의 길이방향 길이는 약 230-400mm, 예컨대 300mm일 수 있다.
도 3에 도시된 것과 같은 흡수 용품(1)은 모든 방향으로 완전히 펼쳐졌을 때 기다란, 일반적으로 직사각형 모양을 가진다. 이 문맥상 단어 "일반적으로"는, 예를 들어 실금 보호대(1)의 모서리들이 라운드형일 수 있거나, 또는 실금 보호대(1)의 가장자리가 완전히 직선이 아닐 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.
흡수 용품(1)은 한 쌍의 속팬티와 같은 팬티 의류 안에 용품(1)의 고정을 위한 고정 수단(도면에 도시되지 않음)을 더 가질 수 있다. 고정 수단은 백시트(9)의 의류-대면 표면에 배치된 압력 감응 접착제의 두 길이방향 연장된 밴드의 형태일 수 있다. 고정 수단은 제거가능한 보호층으로 덮일 수 있다. 보호층은 실리콘화된 종이, 부직포 또는 본 분야에 공지된 어떤 다른 제거가능한 재료일 수 있다. 지지 팬티 의류에 실금 보호대를 위치시키기 전에 보호층이 고정 수단으로부터 제거되어 접착제가 노출되고, 이로써 그것은 팬티 의류에의 고정에 이용될 수 있다.

도 3에 도시된 흡수 용품(1)의 흡수 코어(10)는 제1 흡수층(11)과 제2 흡수층(15)을 포함한다. 흡수층은 흡수성 및/또는 비-흡수성 섬유와 초흡수성 재료의 혼합물을 포함할 수 있다. 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)가 제1 흡수층(11)과 제2 흡수층(15) 사이에 배치된다. 도 3의 흡수 용품(1)에서는 제1 흡수층(11)이 탑시트(8) 밑에 직접 접촉하여 위치된다.
제2 흡수층(15)은 일반적으로 직사각형 모양을 갖는 것으로 도시된다. 제2 흡수층(15)은 제1 흡수층(11) 밑에 위치된다. 제2 흡수층(15)은 제1 흡수층(11)보다 다소 더 작으며, 이로써 제1 흡수층(11)은 제2 흡수층(15)을 지나 흡수 용품(1)의 앞뒤로 연장된다. 흡수층의 크기와 모양은 본 발명을 벗어나지 않으면서 도면에 도시된 것들과 상이할 수 있다. 더욱이, 제2 흡수층(15)은 본 발명에 따른 흡수 용품(1)에서 생략될 수 있거나, 또는 용품(1)은 하나 이상의 추가 흡수층을 포함할 수 있다.
제1 흡수층(11)은 이 층(1)을 완전히 관통 연장한 개구(12)를 가진다. 제1 흡수층(11)은 상이한 모양과 구조의 하나 이상의 개구(12)를 가질 수 있다. 그러나 하나의 기다란 개구(12)가 바람직하다. 개구(12)의 길이방향 길이는 제1 흡수층의 길이방향 길이의 10-60%이다. 개구의 길이는 예를 들어 약 100mm일 수 있다. 개구(12)는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)에서 그것의 길이방향 길이의 20-50%에 위치된다. 개구(12)의 횡단방향 치수는 제1 흡수층(11)의 후면부(7)에서 개구(12)의 횡단방향 치수보다 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)에서 더 크다. 용품의 사용시에 개구(12)는 여성 착용자의 요도와 질 개구 바로 밑에 위치될 것이다. 흡수 용품(1)으로 방출되는 어떤 체액은 개구(12)에 직접 수집될 것이고, 그것이 흡수 코어(10)에 전체적으로 더 분포될 때까지 일시적으로 거기에 함유될 것이다.
도 4는 탑시트(8)가 제1 흡수층(11)의 개구(12)와 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)의 탑시트-대면 표면에 의해서 한정된 공동으로 아래로 연장하지 않지만, 그렇게 할 수도 있다. 개구(12)에 수집된 유체의 일부는 개구(12)에서 제1 흡수층의 벽을 통해 제1 흡수층에 의해서 흡수될 수 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 유체는 계속해서 흡수 용품(1)에서 아래로 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)로 내려갈 것이고, 여기서 흐름 제어 구조(13)를 따라 길이방향으로 그리고 외측으로 분포된다.
유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)는 도 1-5에서 직사각형 모양으로 흡수층(11, 15)의 일부에 의해서 길이방향 및 외측 방향에서 둘러싸인 것으로 도시된다. 일반적으로, 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)는 흡수층(11, 15)보다 더 적은 너비를 가지며, 또한 더 짧은 것이 유익하다.
유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)는 비-천공된 섬유 중합체 층이 제1 천공된 중합체 층과 제2 천공된 중합체 층 사이에 샌드위치된 구성의 3층 구조일 수 있다.
흡수 용품(1)의 구성요소들은 구성 접착제, 열 접합, 초음파 접합 등과 같은 종래의 수단에 의해서 서로 연결될 수 있다. 특별한 접합 수단에 의해서 실금 보호대의 내부 구성요소들을 서로 접합시키는 것은 필요하지 않을 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 구성요소들은 마찰력에 의해서 함께 고정되는 것으로 충분할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 용품(1)의 예시적인 구체예의 측면 상방도이다. 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)와 후면부(7) 사이의 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)와 이 층의 비대칭 모양은 착용자에 대해 용품의 개선된 핏을 제공하며, 이것은 사이공간(17)과 탄성 부재(16)에 의해서 더 증진된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 길이방향 측면 가장자리(2, 3) 및 횡단방향 단부 가장자리(4, 5)를 가지며, 유체 투과성 탑시트(8), 유체 불투과성 백시트(9) 및 탑시트(8)와 백시트(9) 사이에 위치된 흡수 코어(10)를 포함하는 생리대 또는 실금 패드 형태의 흡수 용품(1)으로서, 흡수 코어(10)는 길이방향 전면부(6)와 길이방향 후면부(7)를 갖는 제1 흡수층(11)을 포함하고, 제1 흡수층(11)은 관통 연장한 개구(12)를 가지며, 개구(12)의 길이방향 길이의 20-50%는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)에 위치되며, 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)가 제1 흡수층(11)과 백시트(9) 사이에 위치되고, 탄성 부재(16)가 흡수 용품(1)의 각 길이방향 측면 가장자리(2, 3)를 따라 배치된 흡수 용품(1)에 있어서, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)가 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)와 후면부(7) 사이에 위치되며, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 너비는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75%이고, 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전체 길이방향 길이의 20-40%를 구성하며, 사이공간(17)이 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 적어도 외측 바깥 영역에서 탄성 부재(16)와 제1 흡수층(11) 사이의 영역에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품(1).
  2. 제1 항에 있어서, 사이공간(17)은 탄성 부재(16)의 안쪽의 측면 가장자리와 제1 흡수층(11)의 근위 측면 가장자리 사이에서 적어도 15mm 및 40mm 미만의 최대 외측 연장을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  3. 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 탄성 부재(16)가 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)와 후면부(7) 사이의 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 적어도 외측 바깥에, 생리대(1)의 각 길이방향 측면 가장자리를 따라 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  4. 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 흡수층의 후면부에서 구멍 및 탄성 부재의 길이방향 연장은 20-50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  5. 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 흡수층(11)의 후면부(7)에서 탄성 부재(16)의 최대 길이방향 연장이 개구(12)의 길이방향 연장인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  6. 제1 항 내지 제5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용품은 국자 모양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  7. 제1 항 내지 제6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 부재(16)가 탑시트(8)와 백시트(9) 사이에 샌드위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  8. 제1 항 내지 제7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 흡수층(11)에서 개구(12)의 길이방향 길이는 제1 흡수층(11)의 길이방향 길이의 20-40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  9. 제1 항 내지 제8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 너비는 제1 흡수층(11)의 후면부(7)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 50-75%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  10. 제1 항 내지 제9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 너비는 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)의 가장 넓은 횡단방향 너비의 55-70%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  11. 제1 항 내지 제10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 좁은 횡단방향 전이부(14)의 길이방향 연장은 제1 흡수층(11)의 길이방향 길이의 5-20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  12. 제1 항 내지 제11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 흡수층(15)이 유체 흐름 제어 구조(13)와 백시트(9) 사이에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  13. 제12 항에 있어서, 제2 흡수층(15)은 제1 흡수층(11)보다 더 적은 표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  14. 제1 항 내지 제13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탑시트(8)와 백시트(9)는 제1 흡수층(11)의 외측 바깥으로 함께 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
  15. 제1 항 내지 제14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개구(12)의 횡단방향 치수는 제1 흡수층(11)의 후면부(7)에서 개구(12)의 횡단방향 치수보다 제1 흡수층(11)의 전면부(6)에서 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수 용품.
