Particularly, the vibration-proof member 5 of the embodiment of the present invention can sufficiently absorb the occurrence of the vibration in the vertical direction when the train runs, and at the same time, the protruding portion 5a of the vibration- So that the ride comfort of the train can be improved and the service life of the railway rail and the concrete can be extended.
