Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일구현예에 따라 폴리아믹산 용액을 액체 질소에 토출시켜 동결 건조한 탄소재료 전구체 고분자의 SEM 이미지를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일구현예에 따라 동결 건조한 탄소재료 전구체 고분자를 탄화 처리하여 제조한 다공성 탄소재료의 SEM 이미지를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일구현예에 따라 제조한 다공성 탄소재료에 대하여 질소 기체를 피흡착 기체로 사용하여 측정한 BET 등온 흡착 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 고분자 용액을 동결 건조하여 탄소재료 전구체 고분자를 제조하는 동결 건조 단계; 및
상기 제조된 탄소재료 전구체 고분자를 탄화하는 탄화 단계;를 포함하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액은 폴리아믹산계 고분자 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액의 고분자는 래더 폴리머(ladder polymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액의 고분자는 폴리이미드(polyimides), 폴리벤족사졸(polybenzoxazoles, PBOs), 폴리벤지미다졸(polybenzimidazoles) 및 폴리벤즈싸이아졸(polybenzthiazoles, PBTs)을 포함하는 유도체 고분자 전반 및 컨쥬게이티드 폴리머(conjugated polymer)인 폴리싸이오펜(polythiophene), 폴리(p-페닐렌 비닐렌)(poly(p-phenylene vinylene) 및 폴리(p-페닐렌)(poly(p-phenylene)을 포함하는 유도체 고분자 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액의 고분자는 폴리아크릴로니트릴(polyacrylonitrile) 또는 리그닌(lignin)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액의 고분자는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 또는 나일론(nylon)을 에폭시(epoxy) 수지 및 레졸(resol) 수지로 열 가교화한 물질 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 용액의 고분자는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 또는 나일론(nylon)을 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트로 광 가교화한 물질 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동결 건조 단계는 고분자 용액을 액체질소에 직접 토출하여 진행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 동결 건조 단계에 있어서, 상기 고분자 용액에 탄소나노필러, 그래핀 옥사이드(GO) 또는 실리카겔을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄화 단계는 상기 탄소재료 전구체 고분자를 열처리하여 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료 제조 방법. - 다공성 탄소재료.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 탄소재료는 10 내지 50㎛ 범위 내의 크기를 가지는 기공을 하나 이상 포함하며,
상기 다공성 탄소재료는 벌집 형태의 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 탄소재료는 0.65㎚ 크기를 가지는 기공을 하나 이상 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 탄소재료.
