Description
도 2은 어린해삼 배합 사료원으로 본 발명의 배합사료 (좌), 대조군으로 사용한 중국수입산 배합사료(우)를 나타낸다.
도 3은 어린해삼 중간점검 결과로서 무게측정 및 개체수 파악결과를 나타낸다.
도 4는 본 발명의 사료개발을 위한 실험기간동안 실험구별 평균 개체수 변화 결과를 나타낸다.
도 5는 본 발명의 배합사료를 이용한 실험기간 동안 실험구별 해삼의 평균중량변화(g)를 나타낸다.
도 6은 섭이활동중인 어린해삼(좌)과 섭이활동 후 어린해삼 배설물(우)을 나타낸다.

Claims (5)
- 단백질, 탄수화물, 발효원 및 씹는 기질로 이루어진 어린해삼 배합사료의 조성물에 있어서, 단백질은 어분을 기본으로 하고 대두박 또는 발효대두박 중에서 선택되며, 탄수화물로는 밀가루, 지충이, 미역분말로 구성되며, 발효원으로는 단백질로서 대두박이 선택되는 경우, 막걸리제조분이 포함되며, 씹는 기질로 머드분말이 선택적으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린해삼 종묘육성용 배합사료
- 어린해삼 배합사료의 조성물에 있어서, 어분 20중량%, 밀가루 20중량%, 미역분말 10중량%, 지충이 10중량%를 기본조성물로 구성하고, 대두박 20중량% 또는 발효대두박 20중량%로 이루어지되, 상기 대두박이 선택되는 경우, 막걸리 제조분 10중량%를 포함하고, 나머지 조성물은 머드분말 10 내지 20중량%를 합하여 100중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어린해삼 종묘육성용 배합사료
- 어린해삼 배합사료의 조성물에 있어서, 어분 20중량%, 밀가루 20중량%, 미역분말 10중량%를 기본조성물로 구성하고, 대두박 20중량%, 막걸리 제조분 10중량%에 지충이 20 내지 10중량%와 머드분말 0 내지 10중량%를 합하여 100중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 어린해삼 종묘육성용 배합사료
- (a) 8-12㎝의 갯벌 표층 부분을 걷어낸 후, 수분함량이 50% 미만이고, 니질로 이루어진 350㎛이하의 미세한 머드를 채취하는 단계;
(b) 상기 채취한 머드를 일광 건조 또는 강제온풍 건조시키는 단계;
(c) 상기 건조시킨 머드를 약품 소독, 증탕 소독 또는 전기 회화 소독하는 단계;
(d) 상기 소독한 머드분말 10 내지 20중량%를 어분 20중량%, 밀가루 20중량%, 미역분말 10중량%와 혼합하는 단계;
(e) 대두박, 발효대두박, 막걸리제조분, 지충이 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 혼합하여 100중량%로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린해삼 종묘육성용 배합사료제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서 발효대두박은 대두박에 수분을 첨가하여 열처리한 후, 바실러스 서브틸러스(Bacillus subtills) 균을 접종하여 접종된 균을 배양함으로서 대두박이 발효제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어린해삼 종묘육성용 배합사료제조방법
