黑鲷鱼是浅海层鱼类,鱼体侧扁,呈长椭圆形。头大,前端钝尖,第一背鳍有硬棘11~12,软条12。两颌前部各有3对门状犬齿,其后为很发达的臼齿,上颌侧部4~5列,下颌侧部3~4列,锄骨部各有3对门状犬齿,其后为很发达的臼齿,上颌侧部4~5列,下颌侧部3~4列,锄骨及口盖骨上无齿。两眼之间与前鳃盖骨后下部无鳞。侧线上鳞6~7枚,体青灰色,侧线起点处有黑斑点,体侧常有黑色横带数条。在江苏、浙江沿海,1龄鱼种经越冬期,于翌年4月放养,放养密度3000~9000尾/公顷,初始尾重约100克,到10~11月收获,体重300~400克;当龄鱼种6月下旬放养,放养密度为4500~15000尾/公顷,初始尾重2~6克,到10~11月收获,体重100克左右。6~10月是黑鲷生长最旺盛的季节,在南方各省,黑鲷的生长期较长,在海南于水深较大的水域几乎全年均可生长。做生鱼片或是红烧,风味甚佳,故近年来其价格和销路非常可观。市场价格稳定,利润空间较大,随着需求量日益增加,养殖量增加很快。
现有的黑鲷鱼养殖方式一般采用较传统的,且对沿海自然环境和气候依赖 性较强的浅海网箱养殖方式,其在实际的生产养殖中,容易受到自然灾害影响、生长进程具 有较强的季节性、容易受到沿海生态环境质量下降的影响,导致出现养殖风险大、养殖周期长和养殖效率低的问题。
现有技术如授权公告号为CN 104206317 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种一年生松江鲈鱼养成多年生松江鲈鱼的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:养殖池准备,小 池培育,控制性腺发育直至养殖成品鱼。新养殖方法能有效控制鲈鱼性腺发育,使其成为多年生,生命周期变长,成活率增加,但该养殖方法不适用于养殖黑鲷鱼,黑鲷鱼的养殖需要保持一定的盐度和pH。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种生长环境良好、成活率高、生长发育快、产品品质佳、减少环境污染、养殖周期较短的黑鲷鱼的养殖方法。
本发明针对上述技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,包括池塘准备、鱼苗放养、饲料配制、投喂,具体为:
池塘准备:准备室内带有循环系统的规格为15~20m²,池深1.5~2m的养殖池,对养殖池进行消毒、清洗,注入盐度为18~25‰、水温为16~20℃、pH为7.8~8.5、溶氧量为4~6mg/L、氨氮含量<0.1mg/L的养殖海水,水深为0.7~1m,保证养殖池的光照恒定13~15小时/日,该养殖池利用循环系统可将养殖废水处理后循环使用,能够保持水质清新,减少环境污染,提高资源利用率,利用处理后达到预设养殖指标的自然海水对黑鲷鱼进行养殖,养殖风险较小、养殖周期较短、养殖效率较高和养殖品质较佳;
鱼苗放养:将健康鱼苗放入已注入养殖海水的池塘内,鱼苗放养密度为1200~1300尾/亩,放养密度过小可造成资源的浪费,增加养殖成本,放养密度过大可导致以大欺小、成活率下降的现象,最终减产;
饲料配制:饲料配方的成分及其重量份为:白鱼粉13~18份、大豆浓缩蛋白35~43份、鱼油3~5份、玉米油1~3份、面粉18~23份、蚕蛹粉5~11份、面条菜7~10份、莲蓬草1~2份、紫苏叶1~2份、秋葵1~2份、金银花5~9份、黑豆粉1~3份、螺旋藻粉10~16份、诱食剂0.5~1.3份、生化黄腐酸0.2~0.5份、多维复合物8~18份,按照配方取配料,混合均匀,经造粒机造粒,即得用于养殖黑鲷鱼的饲料,该饲料可充分满足黑鲷鱼生长过程中的营养需求,易于被黑鲷鱼吸收消化,促进黑鲷鱼快速生长,缩短黑鲷鱼生长周期,调整肠胃功能,提高免疫力,防治细菌引起的肠炎、烂鳃、烂尾病等,且对黑鲷鱼的诱食效果强,饲料在水中水解缓慢,在保存过程中不易发霉,营养成分不易流失;
投喂:将饲料按照投喂率为投喂体质量的8~10%,投喂频率为3~4 次/日的方式投喂,在黑鲷鱼为15~100g时,饲料的粒径为1~2mm;黑鲷鱼为100~300g 时,饲料的粒径为2~3mm;黑鲷鱼为300~500g时,投饲料的粒径为3~4mm;黑鲷鱼为>500g时,饲料的粒径为4~5mm,该投喂方法可提高黑鲷鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,提高生产率、减少食物浪费,且投喂的饲料基本被鱼吃完,残饵较少,避免饲料投入过多导致水质污染,保证了养殖环境的清新。
上述诱食剂的成分及重量份为:L-氨基酸1~2份、牛磺酸5~10份、精氨酸8~16份、甘氨酸5~10份、丙氨酸5~10份、甜菜碱35~52份、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭3~5份、蛋白肽0.2~0.8份,蛋白肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCKCYLCRVLHPGKLCVCNCSK,该蛋白肽不仅能刺激黑鲷鱼的神经系统,促进其能更快地聚集到饲料周围进行摄食,而且还能与一些微量元素形成有机金属络合肽,促进微量元素的输送和吸收,促进黑鲷鱼的生长,上述诱食剂添加在饲料中具有优异的诱食效果,通过刺激水产动物的嗅觉、味觉和视觉等使其聚集到饲料周围,从而加快摄食,提高其采食量,有利于减少残饵率,避免饲料对水质造成污染,可降低鱼粉的用量,降低饲料成本。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点为:该养殖方法利用养殖池的循环系统可将养殖废水处理后循环使用,保持水质清新的同时能减少环境污染,提高资源利用率,利用处理后达到预设养殖指标的自然海水对黑鲷鱼进行养殖,养殖风险较小、养殖周期较短、养殖效率较高和养殖品质较佳;该养殖方法可提高黑鲷鱼对颗粒饲料的利用效率,提高了饲料的蛋白和能量消化率,并促进生长,减少食物浪费,且投喂的饲料基本被鱼吃完,残饵较少,避免饲料投入过多导致水质污染,保证了养殖环境的清新。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明方案作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,包括池塘准备、鱼苗放养、饲料配制、投喂,具体为:
1)池塘准备:准备室内带有循环系统的规格为20m²,池深2m的养殖池,对养殖池进行消毒、清洗,注入盐度为20‰、水温为20℃、pH为8、溶氧量为4mg/L、氨氮含量<0.1mg/L的养殖海水,水深1m,保证养殖池的光照恒定14小时/日,开启循环系统,一直保持养殖海水的盐度、水温、pH、溶氧量、氨氮,该养殖池利用循环系统可将养殖废水处理后循环使用,能够保持水质清新,减少环境污染,提高资源利用率,利用处理后达到预设养殖指标的自然海水对黑鲷鱼进行养殖,养殖风险较小、养殖周期较短、养殖效率较高和养殖品质较佳;
2)鱼苗放养:将健康鱼苗放入已注入养殖海水的池塘内,鱼苗放养密度为1200尾/亩,放养密度过小可造成资源的浪费,增加养殖成本,放养密度过大可导致以大欺小、成活率下降的现象,最终减产;

上述诱食剂的成分及重量份为:L-氨基酸1.2份、牛磺酸6份、精氨酸12份、甘氨酸8份、丙氨酸6份、甜菜碱38份、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭4份、蛋白肽0.4份,蛋白肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCKCYLCRVLHPGKLCVCNCSK,该蛋白肽不仅能刺激黑鲷鱼的神经系统,促进其能更快地聚集到饲料周围进行摄食,而且还能与一些微量元素形成有机金属络合肽,促进微量元素的输送和吸收,促进黑鲷鱼的生长,上述诱食剂添加在饲料中具有优异的诱食效果,通过刺激水产动物的嗅觉、味觉和视觉等使其聚集到饲料周围,从而加快摄食,提高其采食量,有利于减少残饵率,避免饲料对水质造成污染,可降低鱼粉的用量,降低饲料成本。

池塘准备:准备带有循环系统的养殖池,消毒、清洗,注入盐度为25‰、水温为20℃、pH为7.8、溶氧量为5mg/L、氨氮含量<0.1mg/L的养殖海水,使水深为0.7m,保证养殖池的光照恒定13~15小时/日;
鱼苗放养:将健康鱼苗放入已注入养殖海水的池塘内,鱼苗放养密度为1300尾/亩,放养密度过小可造成资源的浪费,增加养殖成本,放养密度过大可导致以大欺小、成活率下降的现象,最终减产;
饲料配制:饲料配方的成分及其重量份为:白鱼粉15份、大豆浓缩蛋白38份、鱼油4份、玉米油3份、面粉21份、蚕蛹粉9份、面条菜8份、莲蓬草1.5份、紫苏叶1.2份、秋葵1.5份、金银花7份、黑豆粉2.5份、螺旋藻粉13份、诱食剂0.9份、生化黄腐酸0.3份、多维复合物12份,该饲料可充分满足黑鲷鱼生长过程中的营养需求,易于被黑鲷鱼吸收消化,促进黑鲷鱼快速生长,缩短黑鲷鱼生长周期,调整肠胃功能,提高免疫力,防治细菌引起的肠炎、烂鳃、烂尾病等,且对黑鲷鱼的诱食效果强,饲料在水中水解缓慢,在保存过程中不易发霉,营养成分不易流失;

一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,包括池塘准备、鱼苗放养、饲料配制、投喂,具体为:对养殖池进行消毒、清洗,注入符合养殖标准的养殖海水,水深0.9m,保证光照恒定13~15小时/日,将健康鱼苗以1200~1300尾/亩的放养密度放入池塘内,将饲料按照投喂率为投喂体质量的8%,投喂频率为4 次/日的方式投喂黑鲷鱼。
饲料配方的成分及其重量份为:白鱼粉18份、大豆浓缩蛋白40份、鱼油5份、玉米油2.5份、面粉19份、蚕蛹粉8份、面条菜9份、莲蓬草1.5份、紫苏叶1.4份、秋葵1.7份、金银花7份、黑豆粉2份、螺旋藻粉13份、诱食剂0.7份、生化黄腐酸0.3份、多维复合物11份。上述诱食剂的成分及重量份为:L-氨基酸1.5份、牛磺酸7份、精氨酸13份、甘氨酸9份、丙氨酸6份、甜菜碱39份、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭3.5份、蛋白肽0.6份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的诱食剂的成分及重量份为:L-氨基酸1~2份、牛磺酸5~10份、精氨酸8~16份、甘氨酸5~10份、丙氨酸5~10份、甜菜碱35~52份、二甲基-β-丙酸噻亭3~5份、蛋白肽0.2~0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的诱食剂中蛋白肽的氨基酸序列为HSHACKLCVCVNCFCCKCYLCRVLHPGKLCVCNCSK。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的池塘准备为:准备室内带有循环系统的养殖池,对养殖池进行消毒、清洗,注入养殖海水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种黑鲷鱼的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述的池塘准备中养殖池规格为15~20m²,池深1.5~2m,水深0.7~1m。
