Abstract
本发明公开了一种鲷鱼优产培育方法,包括以下步骤:S1、选址建池与引水培水;S2、鱼种培育与预放养;S3、放养鱼苗与饲料管理;S4、收获。本发明通过采用双波辐射法来照射鲷鱼受精卵,激活了受精卵活性,从而增强了鱼卵孵化成功率及子鱼成活率,并且进一步增强了鲷鱼子鱼苗吸收环境水体营养成分的能力,为之后的健康发育提供基础;通过施用富含多种中草药活性成分的鱼苗促生液,使得水体环境更适合鲷鱼幼苗生长发育,且进一步增强了鲷鱼幼苗抗病性;通过搭配饲喂符合鲷鱼不同生长发育阶段的饲料,充分发挥不同成分饲料在鲷鱼各时期的作用,达到促生、增长、增重的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及海洋水产养殖领域,尤其涉及一种鲷鱼优产培育方法。
背景技术
鲷鱼(pagrosomus major)属于鱼纲,鲷科,又名真鲷、加吉鱼、红加吉、铜盆鱼、大头鱼、小红鳞、加腊、红鲫、赤板、红鲷等。体高侧扁,长50cm以上,通体呈银红色,有淡蓝色的斑点,尾鳍后部呈绿黑色,头大、口小,上下颌牙前部圆锥形,后部白齿状,体被栉鳞,背鳍和臀鳍具硬棘。鲷鱼是中国最重要的养殖海洋鱼类之一,在太平洋和印度洋沿海地区被广泛养殖。中国沿海均产,2016年我国海水鲷鱼养殖量为73601t,占养殖海鱼比例的0.55%,是我国养殖数量第五大的海鱼。
鲷鱼肉质嫩滑、味道鲜美、营养丰富,每100g鱼肉中含水份74.9g、蛋白质19.3g、脂肪4.1g、碳水化合物0.5g。同时鲷鱼肉含有钙、铁、磷等微量元素及维生素B1、B2、尼克酸等成分,营养价值很高。鲷鱼除供鲜食外,还可以加工成罐头和熏制品,是海洋可食用品种的上选品种。中医认为,鲷鱼具有补胃养脾、祛风、运食的功效。尤适于食欲不振、消化不良、气血虚弱者食用,吃法有清蒸、清炖、红烧等多种,味道鲜美。
目前对鲷鱼的的研究多是集中于育种、养殖及免疫学方面。一般的种苗生产工序分为:亲鱼育成→采卵→孵化→仔鱼饲养→海上养成等步骤,其中由于温度及相关管理措施的不到位,使得鲷鱼卵孵化的成功率长期较低,且亲鱼一次产卵的巨大数量遮盖了部分不足,因而造成了相关资源的浪费。采用高效低成本的方法提高鲷鱼卵孵化成功率及幼苗健壮程度,成为了鲷鱼能否进一步优质高产的关键。
相关研究表明,超声波在适当的频率下具有特殊的生物医学效应,能够促进鱼卵孵化,幼苗生长,提高其摄食和消化能力;TDP辐射是一种含有多种微量元素的硅酸盐复合材料的热激辐射,TDP辐射仪的波谱范围在0.55-50微米,主要起到对动物受伤部位进行消炎、镇痛以及调节新陈代谢和促进生物生长、发育、繁殖、修复的作用,有关对淡水鱼鱼卵孵化方面的研究还较少见诸于公开报道,对海产鱼鱼卵孵化及促活促长方面的研究尚未发现。
发明内容
本发明针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出了一种通过双波辐射法提高鲷鱼孵化率和幼苗成活率及健壮度以及通过饲料管理来提高饲料利用率的鲷鱼优产培育方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、选址建池与引水培水:选择排灌方便、靠近海边、周围无工业污染的交通便利、底质为半沙质的池塘作为鲷鱼养殖池塘,池塘面积在8-12亩为一个养殖单元;池塘使用前25-30天,每亩池塘用生石灰100-120kg泼洒消毒;消毒完成后晒塘两周,其后每亩撒施基肥600-800kg;引经过过滤晾晒后的海水入池,保持池塘内水位在60-80cm,每天适量加水,使水体透明度维持在30-40cm;
S2、鱼种培育与预放养:3月上中旬,采用双波辐射法孵化鲷鱼卵,具体方法为:将刚产出的鲷鱼上浮受精卵收集后放入改造好的鱼卵孵化箱内,鱼卵孵化箱长宽高分别为2.0×1.0×0.8m,孵化箱水深0.5-0.6m,每箱次投入受精卵2500-3500枚;孵化箱中央上方30-40cm处架设CQG-22A型特定电磁波TDP辐射灯,箱底部中央架设东森DS-1012Z型超声波投入式震板;每隔4-6h同时定时开启TDP辐射灯及超声波震板20-30min,其中TDP辐射灯功率设定为250w,超声波震板频率控制在10-12kHz,持续双波辐射80-100h至子鱼平游;将孵化后的子鱼全部投入预放养池中进行预放养,预放养池规格30×10×0.8m,水深0.8-0.9m,每池洒鱼苗促生液1.2-2.4L,其后常规管理预放养池;
S3、放养鱼苗与饲料管理:待预放养的鱼苗长至4-5cm时,将鱼苗移至鲷鱼养殖池,转移鱼苗的同时用10-15mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液进行附体消毒,然后放养入池塘,鱼种放养量为1000-1200尾/亩;饲料管理方案按以下方案进行:鱼苗阶段饲喂促生促长性饲料,饲料总用量为鱼体重的3-5%;生长中期饲喂常规饲料,饲料用量为鱼体重的3-4%,常规饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白6-9、水解鱼肉蛋白4-6、鱼粉4-8、发酵棉粕1-3、豆渣5-8、米糠10-15、小麦粉2-5;生长后期饲喂增重增长性饲料为主,辅助以肉食性饲料,两者之间的比例为6-8:1,饲料总用量为鱼体重的2-3%;其余池塘管理措施同一般鲷鱼塘;
S4、收获:11月下旬进行鲷鱼的收获。
所述S1中基肥成分按重量计:牛厩肥200-300、豆粕30-40、花生粕10-20、葵花秆40-50、米麸18-26、花生壳20-30、酒糟8-12、稻壳8-14、竹屑12-24、甘蔗渣3-6、甜菜渣3-5、蚕沙6-10、粗制骨粉10-16。
所述S2中鱼苗促生液的制备方法为:依次取白芷2-3份、艾叶3-5份、鱼香草6-8份、鱼腥草4-6份、陈皮5-8份、大蒜4-6份、金银花4-6份、仔姜5-6份、胎菊6-8份,将上述成分用破壁机破壁粉碎后加入60倍重量的无菌水,在38-42℃下浸泡50-60h,其后用600-800目筛过滤得清液,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩至原清液的1/3,得浓缩清液,最后向浓缩清液中加入大豆异黄酮、芦荟大黄素及复硝酚钠至其浓度分别为30-40ppm、10-20ppm及10-15ppm,即可得到鱼苗促生液。
所述S4中促生性促长性饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白6-9、水解鱼肉蛋白4-6、鱼粉4-8、发酵棉粕1-3、豆渣5-8、米糠10-15、小麦粉2-5、麦麸2-5、鱼油3-4、豆油4-6、卵磷脂2-3、啤酒糟12-16、水芹2-3、海藻4-5、牡丹皮2-3、核黄素磷酸钠0.1-0.2、维生素C钠粉0.1-0.2、苹果酸钙0.1-0.18。
所述S4中促生性促长性饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白7.5、水解鱼肉蛋白5、鱼粉6、发酵棉粕2、豆渣6.5、米糠12.5、小麦粉3.5、麦麸3.5、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2.5、啤酒糟14、水芹2.5、海藻4.5、牡丹皮2.5、核黄素磷酸钠0.15、维生素C钠粉0.15、苹果酸钙0.14。
所述S4中增重增长性饲料成分按重量计:发酵棉粕4-6、海带粉2-4、鱼粉6-10、豆渣3-5、麦麸3-5、米糠6-10、鱼油3-4、豆油4-6、卵磷脂1-3、蔗糖酯1-2、大黄粉2-5、生姜粉2-3、虾壳粉3-4。
所述S4中增重增长性饲料成分按重量计:发酵棉粕5、海带粉3、鱼粉8、豆渣4、麦麸4、米糠8、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2、蔗糖酯1.5、大黄粉3.5、生姜粉2.5、虾壳粉3.5。
所述S4中肉食性饲料成分按重量计:小杂鱼5-8、咸水螺6-12、蓝蛤4-6、短齿蛤4-6、沙蚕1-2。
所述S4中肉食性饲料成分按重量计:小杂鱼6.5、咸水螺8、蓝蛤5、短齿蛤5、沙蚕1.5。
本发明的有益效果:
1、通过采用双波辐射法来照射鲷鱼受精卵,激活了受精卵活性,从而增强了鱼卵孵化成功率及子鱼成活率,并且进一步增强了子鱼苗吸收环境水体营养成分的能力,为之后的健康发育提供基础;
2、通过施用富含多种中药活性成分的鱼苗促生液,使得水体环境更适合鲷鱼幼苗生长发育,并且进一步增加了鲷鱼幼苗抗病性;
3、通过搭配饲喂符合鲷鱼不同生长发育阶段的饲料,充分发挥不同成分饲料在鲷鱼各时期的作用,达到促生、增长、增重的目的。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的相关步骤做具体的解释说明。
实施例1
2016年3月,工作人员在江苏省赣榆区海头镇海产养殖基地做相关的验证实施试验,所用鲷鱼品种来自江苏省青口镇海洋与渔业技术推广服务站,鲷鱼收获后测产测质,所得结果如表2、3所示。具体实施方法如下:
S1、选址建池与引水培水:选择排灌方便、靠近海边、周围无工业污染的交通便利、底质为半沙质的池塘作为鲷鱼养殖池塘,池塘面积在10亩;池塘使用前28天,每亩池塘用生石灰110kg泼洒消毒;消毒完成后晒塘两周,其后每亩撒施基肥700kg;基肥成分按重量计:牛厩肥250、豆粕35、花生粕15、葵花秆45、米麸22、花生壳25、酒糟10、稻壳11、竹屑18、甘蔗渣4.5、甜菜渣4、蚕沙8、粗制骨粉13;引经过过滤晾晒后的海水入池,保持池塘内水位在70cm,每天适量加水,使水体透明度维持在35cm;
S2、鱼种培育与预放养:3月上中旬,采用双波辐射法孵化鲷鱼卵,具体方法为:将刚产出的鲷鱼上浮受精卵收集后放入改造好的鱼卵孵化箱内,鱼卵孵化箱长宽高分别为2.0×1.0×0.8m,孵化箱水深0.5-0.6m,每箱次投入受精卵3000枚;孵化箱中央上方35cm处架设CQG-22A型特定电磁波TDP辐射灯,箱底部中央架设东森DS-1012Z型超声波投入式震板;每隔4-6h同时定时开启TDP辐射灯及超声波震板20-30min,其中TDP辐射灯设定功率为250w,超声波震板频率控制在11kHz,持续双波辐射90h至子鱼平游;将孵化后的子鱼全部投入预放养池中进行预放养,预放养池规格30×10×0.8m,水深0.8-0.9m,每池洒鱼苗促生液1.8L,其后常规管理预放养池;鱼苗促生液的制备方法为:依次取白芷2.5份、艾叶4份、鱼香草7份、鱼腥草5份、陈皮6.5份、大蒜5份、金银花5份、仔姜5.5份、胎菊7份,将上述成分用破壁机破壁粉碎后加入60倍重量的无菌水,在40℃下浸泡55h,其后用700目筛过滤得清液,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩至原清液的1/3,得浓缩清液,最后向浓缩清液中加入大豆异黄酮、芦荟大黄素及复硝酚钠至其浓度分别为35ppm、15ppm及12ppm,即可得到鱼苗促生液;
S3、放养鱼苗与饲料管理:待预放养的鱼苗长至4-5cm时,将鱼苗移至鲷鱼养殖池,转移鱼苗的同时用12mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液进行附体消毒,然后放养入池塘,鱼种放养量为1100尾/亩;饲料管理方案按以下方案进行:鱼苗阶段饲喂促生促长性饲料,饲料总用量为鱼体重的3-5%;生长中期饲喂常规饲料,饲料用量为鱼体重的3-4%,常规饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白7.5、水解鱼肉蛋白5、鱼粉6、发酵棉粕2、豆渣6.5、米糠12、小麦粉3.5;生长后期饲喂增重增长性饲料为主,辅助以肉食性饲料,两者之间的比例为7:1,饲料总用量为鱼体重的2-3%;促生性促长性饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白7.5、水解鱼肉蛋白5、鱼粉6、发酵棉粕2、豆渣6.5、米糠12.5、小麦粉3.5、麦麸3.5、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2.5、啤酒糟14、水芹2.5、海藻4.5、牡丹皮2.5、核黄素磷酸钠0.15、维生素C钠粉0.15、苹果酸钙0.14;增重增长性饲料成分按重量计:发酵棉粕5、海带粉3、鱼粉8、豆渣4、麦麸4、米糠8、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2、蔗糖酯1.5、大黄粉3.5、生姜粉2.5、虾壳粉3.5;小杂鱼6.5、咸水螺8、蓝蛤5、短齿蛤5、沙蚕1.5;其余池塘管理措施同一般鲷鱼塘;
S4、收获:11月下旬进行鲷鱼的收获。
实施例2
为验证本发明路线中双波辐射法培育鲷鱼卵和幼苗的有益效果,工作人员在实验室做相关的对比验证试验,具体对比方法如下:
本发明:采用实施例1中步骤S2中相同的方法处理,培育250枚鲷鱼卵,待鲷鱼孵化后统计孵化率及鲷鱼子鱼苗健康度,待鱼苗预培养30天后,统计成活率,所得结果如表1所示。
对比处理:采用常规方法,培育同实施例1中相同来源的250枚鲷鱼卵,待鲷鱼孵化后统计孵化成功率及鲷鱼子鱼苗健康度,待培养鱼苗30天后,统计成活率,所得结果如表1所示。
由表1可以看出,通过采用双波辐射法处理后的鲷鱼卵,在孵化率上比常规孵化提高了29.5%,且培育出的子鱼体表颜色深,有光泽,且活泼好动,摄食能力强;这可能是由于经过双波辐射后,激活了鱼卵自身活力,促进了受精卵内部营养物质的吸收转化,从而使得鱼卵提前发育且获得较高的成活率以及健康度。从成活率统计可以看出,施用鱼苗健壮液后的本发明,相比于常规育苗,在成活率上提高了39.5%,原因可能在于鱼苗健壮液中富含的多种有益成分,进一步强壮了鱼苗,提高了抗病性,从而获得较为健壮的鱼苗。
实施例3
为验证本发明路线中饲料管理方法的有益效果,工作人员在同一养殖基地,做相关对比养殖试验,除将各阶段饲料均替换为常规饲料外,采用同实施例1中相同的方法步骤,养殖33m2的鲷鱼,收获后测产测质,所得结果如表2所示。
实施例4
2016年,工作人员在同一养殖基地,采用黄霞等人公开发表的《黑鲷鱼人工养殖技术》中的方法步骤,养殖33m2的鲷鱼,收获后测产测质,所得结果如表2所示。
由表2可以看出,通过采用本发明路线养殖的鲷鱼,在均重和产量上均优于饲喂常规饲料以及常规养殖的方案;造成优于饲喂常规饲料的原因可能在于本发明的饲料方案是按照鲷鱼各生长发育时期的营养需求静心配置的,从而鲷鱼能更好的吸收利用饲料中的各营养成分,且饲料方案中富含多种有利于鲷鱼生长发育的成分物质,因而使其均重和产量更高;造成优于常规养殖方法的原因可能在于本发明从鲷鱼鱼卵时期就开始使用双波辐射法来提高鲷鱼孵化率和幼苗健壮程度,其后又通过洒施鱼苗健壮液来提高其成活率和抗病性,从而获取到鱼体健壮,生长旺盛的鲷鱼苗,为之后的高产打下基础;在之后,通过科学合理的饲喂适合鲷鱼各生长发育阶段的饲料,使得鲷鱼能够快速的生长发育,最终达到了增重增产的目标。
取实施例1、3、4收获后的鲷鱼各10只,宰杀解剖后使用质构仪检测鲷鱼鱼肉的质构参数,所得结果如表3所示。
由表3可以看出,实施例1收获的鲷鱼鱼肉在各测量指标上均略优于其他实施例,这说明实施例1收获的鲷鱼鱼肉品质更好。造成这一结果的原因可能在于早期的双波辐射优化了鲷鱼幼苗体质,后期的饲料管理方案又满足了鲷鱼各生育时期的营养需求,从而使得鲷鱼肉质优于其他实施例。

1.一种鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、选址建池与引水培水:选择排灌方便、靠近海边、周围无工业污染的交通便利、底质为半沙质的池塘作为鲷鱼养殖池塘,池塘面积在8-12亩为一个养殖单元;池塘使用前25-30天,每亩池塘用生石灰100-120kg泼洒消毒;消毒完成后晒塘两周,其后每亩撒施基肥600-800kg;引经过过滤晾晒后的海水入池,保持池塘内水位在60-80cm,每天适量加水,使水体透明度维持在30-40cm;
S2、鱼种培育与预放养:3月上中旬,采用双波辐射法孵化鲷鱼卵,具体方法为:将刚产出的鲷鱼上浮受精卵收集后放入改造好的鱼卵孵化箱内,鱼卵孵化箱长宽高分别为2.0×1.0×0.8m,孵化箱水深0.5-0.6m,每箱次投入受精卵2500-3500枚;孵化箱中央上方30-40cm处架设CQG-22A型特定电磁波TDP辐射灯,箱底部中央架设东森DS-1012Z型超声波投入式震板;每隔4-6h同时定时开启TDP辐射灯及超声波震板20-30min,其中TDP辐射灯功率设定为250w,超声波震板频率控制在10-12kHz,持续双波辐射80-100h至子鱼平游;将孵化后的子鱼全部投入预放养池中进行预放养,预放养池规格30×10×0.8m,水深0.8-0.9m,每池洒鱼苗促生液1.2-2.4L,其后常规管理预放养池;
S3、放养鱼苗与饲料管理:待预放养的鱼苗长至4-5cm时,将鱼苗移至鲷鱼养殖池,转移鱼苗的同时用10-15mg/L的高锰酸钾溶液进行附体消毒,然后放养入池塘,鱼种放养量为1000-1200尾/亩;饲料管理方案按以下方案进行:鱼苗阶段饲喂促生促长性饲料,饲料总用量为鱼体重的3-5%;生长中期饲喂常规饲料,饲料用量为鱼体重的3-4%,常规饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白6-9、水解鱼肉蛋白4-6、鱼粉4-8、发酵棉粕1-3、豆渣5-8、米糠10-15、小麦粉2-5;生长后期饲喂增重增长性饲料为主,辅助以肉食性饲料,两者之间的比例为6-8:1,饲料总用量为鱼体重的2-3%;其余池塘管理措施同一般鲷鱼塘;
S4、收获:11月下旬进行鲷鱼的收获。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S1中基肥成分按重量计:牛厩肥200-300、豆粕30-40、花生粕10-20、葵花秆40-50、米麸18-26、花生壳20-30、酒糟8-12、稻壳8-14、竹屑12-24、甘蔗渣3-6、甜菜渣3-5、蚕沙6-10、粗制骨粉10-16。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S2中鱼苗促生液的制备方法为:依次取白芷2-3份、艾叶3-5份、鱼香草6-8份、鱼腥草4-6份、陈皮5-8份、大蒜4-6份、金银花4-6份、仔姜5-6份、胎菊6-8份,将上述成分用破壁机破壁粉碎后加入60倍重量的无菌水,在38-42℃下浸泡50-60h,其后用600-800目筛过滤得清液,而后用旋转蒸发仪浓缩至原清液的1/3,得浓缩清液,最后向浓缩清液中加入大豆异黄酮、芦荟大黄素及复硝酚钠至其浓度分别为30-40ppm、10-20ppm及10-15ppm,即可得到鱼苗促生液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中促生性促长性饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白6-9、水解鱼肉蛋白4-6、鱼粉4-8、发酵棉粕1-3、豆渣5-8、米糠10-15、小麦粉2-5、麦麸2-5、鱼油3-4、豆油4-6、卵磷脂2-3、啤酒糟12-16、水芹2-3、海藻4-5、牡丹皮2-3、核黄素磷酸钠0.1-0.2、维生素C钠粉0.1-0.2、苹果酸钙0.1-0.18。
5.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中促生性促长性饲料成分按重量计:玉米精蛋白7.5、水解鱼肉蛋白5、鱼粉6、发酵棉粕2、豆渣6.5、米糠12.5、小麦粉3.5、麦麸3.5、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2.5、啤酒糟14、水芹2.5、海藻4.5、牡丹皮2.5、核黄素磷酸钠0.15、维生素C钠粉0.15、苹果酸钙0.14。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中增重增长性饲料成分按重量计:发酵棉粕4-6、海带粉2-4、鱼粉6-10、豆渣3-5、麦麸3-5、米糠6-10、鱼油3-4、豆油4-6、卵磷脂1-3、蔗糖酯1-2、大黄粉2-5、生姜粉2-3、虾壳粉3-4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中增重增长性饲料成分按重量计:发酵棉粕5、海带粉3、鱼粉8、豆渣4、麦麸4、米糠8、鱼油3.5、豆油5、卵磷脂2、蔗糖酯1.5、大黄粉3.5、生姜粉2.5、虾壳粉3.5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中肉食性饲料成分按重量计:小杂鱼5-8、咸水螺6-12、蓝蛤4-6、短齿蛤4-6、沙蚕1-2。
9.根据权利要求1所述的鲷鱼优产培育方法,其特征在于,所述S4中肉食性饲料成分按重量计:小杂鱼6.5、咸水螺8、蓝蛤5、短齿蛤5、沙蚕1.5。
