Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a deep-fried de-oiling device and deodorized cutlet which can quickly and efficiently remove and remove oil from fried foods such as fish or meat fried in edible oil without damaging them.
In general, at fast-food restaurants and chicken shops, ingredients such as meat such as chicken or pork cutlet and fish such as fish paste are added to deep-fried oil, and fried at high temperature. Recently, as the diet has become westernized, the kinds of fried foods are diversifying and the demand is also increasing.
In order to enjoy more desirable and delicious fried food for human health maintenance, the oil contained in fried foods should be removed before the tasting. In most establishments, frying fry is placed on the frying net to remove the oil contained in the frying oil, and a method of naturally dropping the oil is used, or a method of separating the oil by shaking it in a sieve or a sieve net is used.
However, the oil that can be removed by such a method is only a small fraction, and the frying oil is oxidized to a harmful component during the defrosting process.
As a method for improving this, a method of bending the oil through an oven or the like without frying is adopted as a form of removing the oil of the frying oil in advance, but there is a drawback that the flavor of the frying oil is deteriorated.
As another method to improve this, there is a product called air fryer which adopts an air compression method instead of oil, but it has a disadvantage that the final product is burned and taste is poor.
On the other hand, in order to remove the oil in a short period of time while preventing the risk of burning, conventionally, there has been proposed a deinking method of various structures in which oil is removed by centrifugal force by rotating a filtration vessel into which fried water is placed. However, Not only the oil can not be sufficiently removed, but also the problem of damaging the appearance of the frying oil due to the high-speed rotation of the filter cylinder during the removal of the oil can not be avoided.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for preventing damage to the appearance and taste of frying pans after frying oil such as pork cutlet, chicken, fish cake, squid, Which is capable of removing most of the oil without having to remove the oil.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a deodorizing apparatus as an automated system for removing most of the oil without damaging the appearance and taste of the fried food after frying such as pork cutlet, chicken, fish cake or squid into oil such as cooking oil, .
