도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 다이나믹 댐퍼의 외형을 나타내는 사시도이다.

도 5는 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 다이나믹 댐퍼의 구성을 나타내는 종단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 드라이브 샤프트 상에 배치되는 등속 조인트용 다이나믹 댐퍼에 있어서,
상기 드라이브 샤프트 상에 배치되고 내부에 공간이 형성되는 원통형상의 본체;
상기 본체의 내측에 상기 드라이브 샤프트에 대하여 평행하게 배치되는 제1 중량물;
상기 본체의 내주면측에 배치되고 상기 드라이브 샤프트에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 배치되는 제2 중량물; 및
상기 본체의 내측 공간에 충전되어 상기 제1 및 제2 중량물의 이동을 방지하는 충전물을 포함하고,
상기 본체와 충전물은 열가소성 탄성체(Thermoplastic elastomer; TPE)를 포함하는 다이나믹 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본체는 쇼어 40~55D의 경도를 갖는 다이나믹 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충전물은 쇼어 50~70A의 경도를 갖는 다이나믹 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중량물은 로드 형태이고, 상기 제2 중량물은 육면체 형태인 다이나믹 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중량물은 관 형태이고, 상기 제2 중량물은 링 형태인 다이나믹 댐퍼. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충전물 및 상기 제1 중량물은 인서트 사출에 의해 1차로 제조되고,
상기 본체 및 상기 제2 중량물은 인서트 사출에 의해 2차로 제조되는 다이나믹 댐퍼.
