Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a skin cleansing composition, and more particularly, to a mild skin cleansing composition which is excellent in foaming power and bubble stability and hypoallergenic, including alkyl glucoside sulfonate and mung bean saponin as active ingredients.
If left untreated, including sweat, sebum and cosmetics, which are the skin's metabolites, long-term contamination of the skin's surface is disrupted by sunburn or air oxygen and residing bacteria on the skin's surface. May damage your skin health. Especially sensitive or dry skin is sensitive to the irritants involved in these contaminations and needs to be removed. As such, the skin may or may not be normal for each person, but skin cleaning is very important regardless of the condition.
For example, the general soap is weakly basic (pH 9.0 ~ 10.0) can increase the normal stratum corneum pH of the skin, as a result can be exacerbated the abnormal function of the barrier function and the disorder of the loss of keratinocytes. In most cases, the skin barrier's ability to maintain homeostasis restores normal pH and barrier function within 30 minutes to 2 hours, but in older skin and dry skin where this ability is diminished, dry eczema may persist if this condition persists. .
In addition, detergents containing surfactants, such as soaps, remove not only the contaminants attached to the skin but also the stratum corneum lipid components and natural moisturizing factors that make up the skin barrier. Choosing the right cleanser to remove it is the first step to healthy skin care.
Surfactant, the main component of liquid skin cleaner, cleans skin by solubilizing and insoluble contamination in water. Surfactant has hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties in one molecule, so it adsorbs on surface and interface spontaneously. It has the characteristic of remarkably changing the properties of the interface. However, since the surface activity is due to the structural characteristics of the molecule, there is no discernment of the object to which the molecule is adsorbed, so it may remain in the skin in some cases causing irritation or dissolution of natural moisturizing factors and lipid components between keratinocytes. . In order to minimize irritation to the human body, many studies are being conducted on a new high safety hypoallergenic surfactant.
It is known that nonionic surfactants and amino acid surfactants are used as representative examples of mild surfactants. In particular, alkyl glucoside, which is a nonionic surfactant, is widely used because it has an environmentally friendly advantage because it uses plant-derived components in both hydrophobic and hydrophilic parts, and is advantageous in terms of skin drying and skin irritation. However, alkyl glucoside has a disadvantage of poor foaming, which is a basic property of the detergent, because the hydrophilicity of polymerized ethylene oxide is not so strong compared to the anionic surfactant, and the volume of the hydrophilic portion is too large. This is because it interferes with the compact orientation in.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a mild skin cleanser composition containing alkyl glucoside sulfonate and green tea saponin.

The present invention provides a mild skin cleanser composition containing alkyl glucoside sulfonate and green tea saponin. More specifically, the present invention provides a mild skin cleanser composition having an effect of satisfying the effect of the ideal foaming power and lowering skin irritation by containing alkyl glucoside sulfonate and green tea saponin as active ingredients.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically.
이러한 알킬 글루코사이드 설포네이트는 SDHS(소듐 데실글루코사이드 하이드록시프로필설포네이트)와 SLHS(소듐 라우릴글루코사이드 하이드록시프로필설포네이트)가 있다. Alkyl glucoside sulfonate in the present invention serves to improve the detergency and foaming power. Conventional cleansers for skin have used anionic surfactants such as SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) and SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulfate) to obtain high detergency and foaming ability. Use has been restricted to humans. On the other hand, alkyl glucosides, well known as hypoallergenic among nonionic surfactants, have a large number of hydroxyl groups structurally, and thus, a number of derivatives can be developed. In particular, alkyl glucoside sulfonate is a compound obtained by reacting alkyl glucoside with sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl sulfonate. It is evaluated to have both excellent hypoallergenic and environmentally friendly properties. Such alkyl glucoside sulfonates include SDHS (sodium decylglucoside hydroxypropylsulfonate) and SLHS (sodium laurylglucoside hydroxypropylsulfonate).
In addition, the green tea saponin is a kind of compound chemically composed of a combined structure of the glycoside (Aglycone) and sugar (Glucose moiety). It was formerly known as a non-nutritive substance, but recently it has been spotlighted as a bioactive substance with anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cholesterol lowering effects. Saponin has the meaning of soap according to the origin of Latin sapo , and it is named after saponin by shaking with water to give fine honeycomb bubbles.

1: Comparison of bubble power and bubble stability
Foaming power of each cleaning composition prepared according to Preparation Example 1 was measured by the Ross-Miles method. The test was carried out by dropping 1% by weight of each detergent composition according to Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 at 30 ° C to measure the foaming force, and the bubble stability is the amount of bubbles after the foam volume disappears after 5 minutes. Was measured. The results are shown in Table 2 below.
Looking at the results of Table 2, the foaming power of Example 1 containing the alkyl glucoside sulfonate as an active ingredient of the present invention is superior to Comparative Example 2 containing a conventional nonionic surfactant, containing an anionic surfactant It can be seen that the foaming force can be improved up to the level of Comparative Example 1. In particular, it can be seen that the foaming power and bubble stability of Example 4 containing 2% green tea saponin are superior to those of Example 1, and the effect is superior even when compared to Comparative Example 3.
2: skin irritation evaluation
To 0.1% of the cleaning solution dispersion prepared according to the composition of Comparative Example 2 or 3, Examples 1 to 4 by attaching the product for 24 hours by a closed patch test method was removed to measure the degree of skin irritation. As a criterion of determination, the relative comparison value was expressed as 0 for no skin irritation and 9 for severe cases. The results are shown in Table 3.
As can be seen from the skin stimulation evaluation result of Table 3, Comparative Example 2 and Example 1 have some degree of light stimulation, and especially in the case of Examples 1 to 4 composition, as the content of green tea saponin increases, the degree of skin irritation is remarkably increased. It can be seen that Example 4 is larger than that of Comparative Example 3, and the effect is reduced. In conclusion, according to the above Table 3, the composition of the Example showed no stimulation or less than the light stimulation compared to the comparative example.
Moisturizing power was measured after a certain period of time after washing the face, and this was to evaluate the mildness of the detergent by evaluating the loss of useful keratinocyte-derived lipids remaining on the skin surface. For 30 test subjects, after washing with each detergent prepared according to the above Examples and Comparative Examples in a constant temperature and humidity room at 22 ° C. and a relative humidity of 45%, immediately after washing, 10 minutes after washing, 30 minutes after washing Skin moisture content was measured and normal skin without any treatment was used as a control. Corneometer CM 820 (Corage + Khazaka, Germany) was used as a measuring device, and the change in electrical conductivity according to the amount of epidermal moisture was measured by quantifying the moisture content of the skin from 0 to 150, and the change amount was compared with the initial value. 4 is shown.
Through Table 4, it can be seen that the Examples 1 to 4 cleaning composition containing the alkyl glucoside sulfonate and green tea saponin according to the present invention exhibits a higher value of skin moisture than Comparative Example 1.
