Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a mild moisturizing, soothing and skin cleaning bubble composition.
Background
Skin cleansing products have always occupied a very important position in personal care products. Due to the fact that the living standard of people is improved in recent years, factors such as environment and working pressure and the like affect the market of bath products, people seek the cleaning effect of the bath products, and hope that the bath product has the cleaning effect and can relax the skin, so that the skin of the whole body is relaxed. For bath formulations, besides the traditional common bath cream and perfumed soap, the foam pump type is more and more favored by consumers. The foam pump dosage form bathing product has a better experience than the traditional bathing product. Through the unique packing material design, the product is not in the form of flowing mucus, but is presented in front of eyes to form a pile of abundant foams, so that the bath pleasure is increased.
The products for cleaning skin on the market at present are probably of three types, namely three-soap base type, the products mainly take fatty acid saponification compounding surface activity as a main cleaning component, the products have very abundant foams and good cleaning power, and the skin is dry and has larger irritation due to higher pH and excessive cleaning. The second type is shower gel which takes common anions matched with amphoteric or nonionic surfactants as main cleaning components, and the products of the type are greasy when used, so that the feeling of unclean flushing is brought to people. In the third category, a large amount of grease is added into the bath cream product, and the bath cream product is moist after washing due to the addition of a large amount of grease, but the formula and the process of the bath cream product are complex, the product is difficult to obtain stably, and the shelf of some products is layered or the foam is unstable. Compared with the traditional formula system taking the anionic surfactant of sulfate type as the main surfactant, the formula system taking the N-acyl amino acid surfactant as the main surfactant has the advantages of lower irritation, no slippery feeling when flushed with water, low residue and the like.
Recently, foam pump type products on the market are also full of cream, and in the case of bath bubbles, dense foam is mainly used on the market, and other properties such as after-washing tightness, flushing astringency or slipperiness, moisturizing effect and the like are often sacrificed in the aspect of a formula system in order to obtain the dense foam.
Disclosure of Invention
The skin cleaning bubble is an aqueous foam pump type product, when in use, rich foam is generated by pumping pressure of the foam pump, the flushing feeling is good, the skin cleaning bubble can bring comfortable and relaxed skin feeling after washing, the residual quantity of the surfactant contained in the skin cleaning bubble on the surface of the skin is little, no stimulation is brought to the skin, and no tight feeling is caused after washing.
According to the invention, through reasonable matching between the surfactant and the hydrophilic grease and effective addition of the active ingredients, the cleaning and skin-cleaning composition which is rich and durable in foam, low in irritation, moisturizing and soothing is prepared, and the composition is stable, and the production process is simple and easy to operate.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the mild moisturizing and soothing skin-cleaning bubble composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1 to 50 percent of N-acyl amino acid surfactant;
0.1-10% of anionic surfactant;
0.1 to 10 percent of zwitterionic surfactant;
0.1-5% of water-soluble grease;
0.1-5% of efficacy additive;
the balance being pure water. May also contain conventional additives such as antiseptic, essence, etc
Further, the N-acyl amino acid surfactant comprises at least one of disodium cocoyl glutamate, potassium cocoyl glycinate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl alaninate. Preferably, the coconut acyl disodium glutamate and the sodium lauroyl sarcosinate are reasonably matched. The disodium cocoyl glutamate is based on a naturally occurring amino acid, namely L-glutamic acid, is a very mild surfactant for personal care, is mild and has abundant foam. The foam is rich, and particularly under the acidic condition, the designed PH of the formula can be close to the skin of a human body and simultaneously obtain rich foam. It also has excellent biodegradability and can resist hard water and salt to a certain extent. Because the composition structure of the eye mask is best in compatibility with human skin, the eye mask is safe and does not cause acute irritation and allergy to the skin, the primary irritation to eye mucosa is mild, the irritation to damaged skin (the mass fraction of the solution is 5%) is close to that of water, and the eye mask is very suitable for sensitive skin and infant care products.
Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate is a multifunctional surfactant, is a natural raw material source, has extremely mild performance, weak degreasing force, good foamability and detergency, strong hard water resistance, is extremely easy to biodegrade, has good compatibility with nonionic and anionic surfactants, can enhance the foaming effect of the compatible surfactant, can effectively change the Krafft value, cloud point and the like of a surfactant system by adding a small amount of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, and is beneficial to the increase of the system stability. Sodium lauroyl sarcosine is a protein-like substance, and can be easily adsorbed on hair or skin to form a protective film on skin and hair, so as to reduce the damage of irritant components to skin and hair, and obtain good skin feeling. Under the conditions of weak acidity and neutrality, the sodium lauroyl sarcosine solution has excellent foaming performance, the foam is fine and stable, and good foam richness can be obtained under the condition of being close to the PH of a human body.
Further, the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of MIPA salt of laureth sulfate, TEA salt of laureth sulfate, potassium monoalkyl phosphate and sodium laureth sulfate. Lauryl polyether sulfate MIPA salts are preferred. The lauryl polyether sulfate MIPA salt is an anionic surfactant with low skin irritation, has good foaming performance and foam stabilizing effect, is not sensitive to hard water, and has good compatibility with water. The invention selects the lauryl polyether sulfate MIPA salt which is mainly used as a foam assisting agent and a foam stabilizing agent and is compounded with the amino acid surfactant for use, so that the thickness of the foam can be improved, and the foam is more dense.
Further, the zwitterionic surfactant comprises at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, disodium lauroamphoacetate, disodium cocoamphoacetate, and cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine. Cocamidopropyl betaine is preferred. The cocamidopropyl betaine is a mild amphoteric surfactant, has insufficient washing, foaming and wetting capacities when used alone, but has a good synergistic effect when used in combination with an anionic or cationic surfactant, and can reduce irritation caused by the conventional surfactant. And improve foaming power, and generate fine, stable and rich foam.
Further, the water soluble oil comprises at least one of PEG-7 coco glyceride, PEG-7 olive oleate, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, glyceryl oleate, and PEG-75 lanolin. Preferably, PEG-7 cocoglyceride and PEG-7 olive oleate are hydrophilic and oleophilic type ester excipients, and the PEG-7 cocoglyceride can obviously reduce the irritation caused by the surfactant, does not influence the foam performance of the product, provides a barrier function for skin and locks water loss. The PEG-7 olive oleate is matched with the PEG-7 cocoglyceride for use, so that the irritation of the composition can be better reduced, the hydrophilic performance is stronger, the moisture of the composition is kept more excellent in the using process, the penetration of a surfactant in the skin is reduced, and the moisturizing and moistening effects are provided while the skin is protected.
Further, the efficacy additive comprises at least one of chamomile extract, hamamelis virginiana extract, echinacea purpurea extract, red grape extract, and Cedrus deodara bark extract. The effective substance of the bark of the northern non-cedar is preferred, has unique fragrance, can improve the unpleasant smell of the formula, enables the smell of the formula to be softer, and is relaxing and pleasant, and meanwhile, has the effects of diminishing inflammation, inhibiting bacteria and promoting the generation of extracellular matrixes such as collagen and the like.
1. The compositions of the present application are mild, have low irritation, rich lather, moisturize and soothe, are refreshing and smooth upon flushing, and do not have a slippery feel to flush. The N-acyl amino acid surfactant, the lauryl polyether sulfate MIPA salt and the cocamidopropyl betaine are reasonably matched, so that the product has rich elastic foam, is not greasy when flushed with water, and is not tight after washing. The selected extract of the bark of the Cedrus deodara is extracted from the Cedrus deodara, so that unpleasant smell brought by a surfactant in a formula can be improved, the smell of the formula is softer, and the Cedrus deodara is relaxed and has pleasant mood.
2. Through reasonable proportioning of the three hydrophilic oils, the irritation caused by using the surfactant in the product is greatly reduced, a hydrophilic film can be formed on the epidermis, the water content of the skin is improved, the barrier function of the skin is improved, and the skin does not feel dry while being cleaned.
3. The natural extract, namely the northern non-cedar bark, enables the smell of the formula to be softer, is relaxed and pleasant, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation, inhibiting bacteria and promoting the generation of extracellular matrixes such as collagen.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
Examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 are as follows, and comparative example 3 is a conventional commercial product, not shown.
Table 1: formulation of examples and comparative examples
The efficacy of the 8 compositions was evaluated by two methods, namely, instrumental efficacy evaluation and human sensory evaluation, 360 volunteers were arbitrarily selected, and after the compositions were put into groups, 40 volunteers were obtained for each group, and the average results shown in table 2 were finally obtained.
Table 2: efficacy evaluation test results of examples and comparative examples
Table 3: irritation test results of examples and comparative examples
The chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane blood vessel test (CAMVA) described in the table below is a test of 10 irritativeness tests on a sample, with a mean value of 0 being no irritativeness, 5 being severe bleeding from the capillary, the higher the score, the greater the irritativeness.
From the above test data, it can be seen that the mild moisturizing and soothing skin-cleaning bubble compositions prepared in examples 1-5 by using the raw material compositions and the preparation ratios of the compositions of the present invention have synergistic effects, and compared with the comparative ratios, the mild moisturizing and soothing skin-cleaning bubble compositions have richer foam effects and better foam elasticity, and can achieve the effects of moisturizing, increasing the moisture content of the skin, soothing the skin, and the like. In comparative examples 1 and 2, three different amino acid surfactants are respectively used for matching, so that the compounding effect of the cocoyl disodium glutamate and the cocoyl sodium glycinate is the best, and the combination effect is the best regardless of the abundance degree and the elasticity of the foam. Example 3 and comparative example 1 also show that the MIPA salt of laureth sulfate contributes very well to the foam. The comparative examples 1 and 2 show that the water content and the moisture degree are poor, and the water-soluble oil can provide good moisture-keeping and moisturizing effects, but the water-soluble oil has certain influence on foams. In addition, the addition of the extract of the bark of Cedrus deodara can provide good skin-soothing effects. Comparative example 3 is a commercial bubble bath product selected for its superior market quality, which is characterized by a lower foam level, a less moist feel after washing, and no soothing effect.
While the invention has been described in conjunction with the specific embodiments set forth above, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description. Accordingly, it is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications, and variations that fall within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
