Claims (6)
- 길이 방향으로 유로가 형성된 본체;
상기 유로를 통과하는 유체의 흐름을 개폐시키는 피에조 밸브;
상기 피에조 밸브의 일단에 지렛대식으로 설치되어, 상기 피에조 밸브의 일단이 미세변위만큼 변형되면, 확대변위만큼 움직이도록 된 변위확대수단이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 변위확대수단은 상기 피에조 밸브의 하부에 위치하는 플레이트;
상기 플레이트의 하부에 설치되어 상기 플레이트를 지지하는 지지부재;
상기 플레이트 및 상기 본체 사이에 위치하되 상기 지지부재의 우측에 위치하는 스프링;
상기 플레이트의 좌측 하부에 설치되어 상기 유로를 개폐하는 개폐부재를 포함하되, 상기 피에조밸브의 타단은 상기 본체에 대하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계 - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 지지부재는 판스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계 - 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 본체에는 상기 피에조 밸브의 타단의 고정을 위한 암나사결합부가 형성되며, 상기 피에조 밸브의 타단에는 수나사결합부가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 변위확대수단은 상기 본체의 상면에 고정되는 고정부재;
상기 고정부재에 힌지 결합되는 상부링크;
상기 상부링크에 힌지 결합되는 하부링크;
상기 하부링크에 연결되어 상기 유로를 개폐하는 개폐부재;
상기 개폐부재 및 상기 본체 사이에 설치되는 스프링을 포함하되;
상기 피에조밸브의 타단은 상기 본체에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계 - 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 상부링크에는 암나사결합부가 형성되며, 상기 암나사결합부에 체결되는 수나사결합부재가 더 포함되되, 상기 수나사결합부재의 하단은 상기 피에조밸브의 일단과 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질량유량계
