Abstract
Description
도 2은 니코티아나 벤타미아나 유래의 형질전환 식물체에서 CaRLK1의 과발현에 의해 캘러스 생장이 증가됨을 보여주는 그림이다. ((A)는 3주 후 캘러스의 크기를 비교한 그림이고, (B)는 캘러스의 중량을 그래프로 나타낸 그림이다.)
도 3는 니코티아나 타바쿰 cv BY-2 유래의 형질전환 세포에서 CaRLK1의 과발현에 의해 생장이 증가됨을 보여주는 그림이다. ((A)는 1주 후 액체 배지에서 세포의 양을 비교한 그림이고, (B)는 세포의 부피를 그래프로 나타낸 그림이고, (C)는 세포의 중량을 그래프로 나타낸 그림이다. (D)는 단위부피당 세포의 총 개수를 그래프로 나타낸 그림이다.)
도 4은 니코티아나 벤타미아나 유래의 형질전환 식물체 또는 니코티아나 타바쿰 cv BY-2 유래의 형질전환 세포에서 CaRLK1을 도입시킨 세포 (RLK1ox)에서만 CaRLK1이 과발현됨을 확인한 그림이다.
도 5는 암조건 하에서 니코티아나 벤타미아나 유래의 형질전환 식물체의 세포 (A), 명조건 하에서 니코티아나 벤타미아나 유래의 형질전환 식물체의 세포 (B) 또는 니코티아나 타바쿰 cv BY-2유래의 형질전환 세포 (C)에서 CaRLK1의 과발현에 의해 캘러스의 노화가 억제됨을 보여주는 그림이다.
도 6은 니코티아나 벤타미아나 유래의 형질전환 식물체에서 CaRLK1 과발현체 (CaRLK1ox) 캘러스가 MV에 의한 산화 스트레스에 대한 저항성이 높음을 확인한 그림이다.
Claims (13)
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물 세포 분열 촉진 및 세포 총량 증식용 조성물.
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물 세포 노화 억제용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 세포 내 전달을 위한 재조합 벡터에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된, 식물 세포 분열이 촉진되고 세포 총량이 증가한 형질전환 식물체.
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된, 세포 노화가 억제된 형질전환 식물체.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 쌍자엽 식물인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 이용하여 식물 세포의 분열을 촉진시키고 세포 총량을 증가시키는 방법.
- 고추 유래의 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 CaRLK1 (Capsicum annuum Receptor-like Kinase 1) 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 이용하여 세포의 노화를 억제시키는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 유전자는 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물체에 형질전환하여 상기 유전자를 과발현하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 쌍자엽 식물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
