Claims (6)
- 열/물 관리계와 함께 냉각수를 이용해 실내 난방을 하는 HVAC히터에 이어진 분기루프라인에 설치되어 냉각수의 금속이온을 제거하는 이온필터장치를 갖춘 연료전지 차량에 있어서,
상기 이온필터장치는 상기 분기루프라인에 연결되어 냉각수의 금속이온을 제거하는 이온필터기와,
상기 이온필터기의 필터막힘에 의해 냉각수의 흐름이 차단될 때 바이패스라인으로 냉각수 흐름을 형성시켜 주는 개폐기
를 포함해 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 이온필터기는 상기 분기루프라인이 연결되는 연결단을 양쪽으로 형성한 하우징과, 중앙으로 냉각수 흐름통로를 형성하는 흐름경로가 뚫리고 상기 하우징의 내면과 냉각수 유입을 위한 틈인 확장흐름공간을 형성하는 이온필터로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 냉각수 배출구로 이어진 하우징의 안쪽으로는 상기 이온필터의 외주면과 하우징의 내면사이에 기밀을 유지하는 오링이 더 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 개폐기는 상기 이온필터기의 중앙으로 뚫려 냉각수 흐름통로를 형성하는 흐름경로에 설치되어 압력스프링으로 탄발지지되는 바이패스밸브로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 압력스프링은 상기 흐름통로에 고정된 스토퍼로 구속되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 바이패스밸브는 상기 흐름통로의 냉각수 유입구 안쪽으로 위치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 춘 연료전지 차량의 이온필터장치.
